Staff were very attentive and responsive to all your needs. Food is great, served hot, and quantity/quality is of great value. Food quality was consistently good from salad to dessert! The Caesar Salad, Carbonara, Salmon, Ribeye Steak, and Mango Panna Cotta were all great! Our server, Chard, should share the same 5-star rating for being so accomodating and efficient at the same time.

The ingredients are the best ingredients and you can tell, with flavours that are bursting with freshness and are faithful to what they are meant to be. We always eat at least once in Italianni's while in Manila and walk away very satisfied after our dining experience. But a dining experience is not just about the food. Ambience and service play a huge part. The service on our most recent visit, however, was uncharacteristically patchy; we had to wave to a staff member to get a menu after we arrived, we had to wave to say we were ready to order, one ordered drink was forgotten until reminded, we had to wave to get the bill as staff were busy standing around laughing and talking to each other and I was persistently offered to be sold a loyalty card I did not want or need. Oh, and you should always address customers as "sir" or "madam", not "boss"; that is too familiar and is unbecoming of a higher quality restaurant. These things should just not happen. I am hoping that the service during this dining experience was a one-off and I will return to Italianni's as the food is fantastic. Please don't let me down.

Rex, Dexter and Sharlote (I forgot the girls name sorry) has been a delight to us during our visit. The food were really delicious and served to us within a reasonable time. We love the staff most as they've always been accommodating with our request. Will definitely return here!

Terrific restaurant -- delicious food, courteous and attentive service, and relaxed ambiance. I want to give a special note about the manager Dale who went truly above and beyond the call of duty. He went out of his way to help my parents find a particular location, assisted them in crossing a very busy street, and even looked for us when he realized he gave us incorrect information. Such care and thoughtfulness should certainly be recognized.

Italianis has proven their worth not only with their amazing food selections but its people. It has become one of my favorite restaurants to go to. I would love to take my friends and family here all over again. Kudos to its management and the whole team!

My favorite was the Sicilian salad. It didn't disappoint me. I like the truffle mushroom pizza and clam pasta (forgot the actual name) as well. The rest we didn't like very much. But the food is pricey.

We have got Ripe Mango Shake and four seasons Mango shake, both drinks were great. We had Spinach and Artichoke antipasti, which was great, only that we got small portion instead of big. After that we had Quattro Stagione pizza (standard crust) and Chicken Parmigiana pasta (mid portion). We had leftovers, we could not finish the portion, even it was tasty. Only what would we change is small portion instead of mid for Chicken parmigiana and thin crust for pizza. Our recommendation. You can enjoy premium service for a really low price.

Their service is pleasant however they could improve by ensuring all waiting staff are aware of on going promotions. We ordered 2glass of sangria wine and its 30% off if we order 2-7pm but they didn't apply that to our final bill. But its okay coz the one who serve us told us honestly he made a mistake . Food we ordered are Bistro Signature Bundle it has a Pasta Pomodoro , Calamari, and chicken milanese worth 1, 195. and then Quatro Staggioni Php 795. and Sangria.

Italianni's has really good reviews. It's located just outside of a big mall, and has an American vibe. Staff is super friendly, the wine is fine, but the pizza had a soft crust, it could have stayed in the oven quite a bit longer.

Yesterday I had a very good experience eating dinner at Italianni's. Since i travel the philippines I'm trying to find some nice pizza and i tried a lot of known brands, so i was very surprised when at italianni's i received a quattro formaggi with the topping how it would have been made in my origin country italy. Of course the thin crust is not the same like an italian pizza but it's much much closer to the italian pizza than the thick pizza coming from the usa. The toilet is clean and the atmosphere is very good. I remove one star because i removed one star because for a perfect experience i would have needed staff which is more approaching, whenever i needed something i was waiting until i finally see someone and needed to call them instead of them coming to me periodically and ask if everything is well or if i wish another drink once i finished the current drink. Overall a very good experience and i will go back for dinner today.

Good food, cosy and relax to chill. Had their salmon spaghetti but it’s a little salt. Pork chop was really good, tasty and fattening with rice to go with. Finally, some cheesy cheese cake for desserts which wasn’t too sweet. Nice for family gathering or dining.

Polite and attentive staff as well as good practice of covid safety measures. Ordered the Spaghetti and Meatballs, Truffle Chicken and Mushroom Fettuccine, Margherita pizza and Fried Calamari. The calamari was so tender as they used baby squid. The breading suited the dish well. The herbs were empowering the pizza at just the right amount. Simple and lovely. The chicken from the Fettuccine was fresh and the sauce was good, you can even smell the truffle as soon as it arrives. We weren't able to try the spaghetti as we were so full so we had it for take out and yet to try. The star dish was really the calamari, my favourite.
