Not a busy day for this place when we were here.

Currently used by the Local Government of Manila in the implementation of programs towards Covid-19. I was lucky enough to have availed of the drive-thru vaccination program. The process was smooth and fast, within less than an hour I was vaccinated. 🤓 UPDATE: Booster shots are also available in this venue 24/7, you can check Isko Moreno or Manila Public Information's Facebook page for details regarding the available brands each day (if you have a personal preference, that is). Better to come early in the morning during weekdays to avoid long lines. We got ours last Tuesday and it took less than 20 minutes. :D But if you do get to witness long lines, span out your patience as our frontliners are doing their best to speed up the process and have everyone vaccinated for the public's safety.

I used to only see this in TV. A place of gatherings all throughout history. Grand celebrations were held and as well as of the known hostage crisis event. Anyway, place isn't that grand in person. Would have been a nice place for a jog if not for the presence of so many homeless people. There is so much trash around, this place is a disappointment for local tourists who wanted to see the beauty of the capital city.

My Filipino wife was shocked and very saddened when she saw this important Grandstand. She had seen it many times on the television and was especially surprised to see it surrounded by so much dirt and deprivation. She had pictured something much more grandiose for the important events that take place here.

The best place for our church national gatherings. As our concern to the place, we really maintain and leave the place as clean as it can be. Thank you to the management that we were accommodated to use the venue once again last February 19 2023.

Named and built after the late President Elpidio Quirino on the middle of the 20th century, the Quirino grandstand overlooking Manila Bay is steeped in history. Part of the Rizal Park complex and a stone's throw from another Philippine landmark, the Manila Hotel, many Filipino presidents have taken their oaths of office there. It is usually used as the arena by many religious groups to stage their anniversaries such as the Jesus is Lord Church. Behind it is another modern Manila attraction, the Ocean Park. Near is the building where the old US Army and Navy Club used to be. The site is now where the Rizal Hotel stands.

The place is huge. Perfect for large gathering. We go there for the annual Aliwan Festival.

Poor maintenance. Trash is not properly managed. Adjacent park is not yet fully restored from being a previous covid facility.

Its very dark at night not advisable for the joggers..the smell is not good..there are a lot of dogs roaming around...

Heard motors from my balcony, realised drift racing, so went to Quirio Grandstand, expecting to pay to enter, instead got a free golf umbrella, thanks Toyota

Quirino Grandstand is a nice place to do exercise walking jogging, and infront of Quirino's Grandstand is luneta park when you have kidots, its open for kids now and a walking distance going to kids museum! And Manila Ocean Park is also there, Enjoy happy😊 hollodays!!!

I often pass by the place since it's so close to my home. Great to jog and on the way to harbour view and the spot beside it from which you can gaze at Manila Bay, sunset or not. There's also a vaccination drive-thru at the moment.

This is always a sight to behold whenever there's a big event in Metro Manila. Bring your kids here. You can fly kites or visit some of the tour destinations beside it. Manila Ocean Park is just around the corner.

went to Quirino grandstand last night to have covid booster and to my surprise it was very quick and easy.

There is free covid testing serology here.

Drive-thru swab testing services were excellent

in my childhood we went there ocasionaly to play at the back of the grandstand.. but now the playground is gone.. so sad 😭😢😭😢

Quirino Grandstand is one of the Historical and most Memorable place in the Philippines, it is located at the southern part of the manila. At Its location will see the famous Bay in manila which is the Manila Bay.
