What a great museum in Manila. Both my husband and I loved the 90 minutes we walked around this beautiful contemporary spot. The service was also very accommodating. I was not able to bring in my small shoulder bag for security reasons but I noticed women were allowed to carry in their purses that were actually bigger. Men, leave anything like a backpack at home or hotel. I felt completely welcomed here and safe.

Don't trust the Google map information. You have to go to their website to check whether they have exhibitions now or not. The last exhibition ended on 4 March 2018. They haven't updated their next exhibition yet.

: has to be my favorite contemporary art museum in Manila. They hold international shows that one cannot normally catch elsewhere. Service is good (from the staff, to the invigilators).

It's closed until Jan 2024. An hour in the Manila traffic. A nice lady at the main entrance told us that they're closed until Dec or January 2024.

I had the chance to be part of tje opening today with the presentations from the Philippine Pavilion in Venice. The art itself, the space and it's architecture as well as the well organized opening event and the crowd attendening did convince me. Frustrating in the morning was not paying attention to information about opening hours. Check carefully on the webpage, if an expostion is ongoing before travelling in a city with long distances beteeen art places and a constant traffic jam in street as well in metro and buses. I will be back!

it's a nice place - properly made, curated and presented. much needed in Manila. bravo. although the name "museum" is surely an exaggeration - it's a gallery.

MCAD showcases some artworks, paintings, films, talks etc.. from renowned local and international artists. MCAD is a place for all art-enthusiasts out there, students or professionals. Almost every quarter, there's new art installments in the museum!

Admission was free, and I signed my name and country at the reception desk and entered the venue safely. As soon as I entered, a female staff member kindly attended to me♪ I was very happy that she treated me very politely as a foreigner. The art in the museum is modern and has many edgy pieces.I had a little trouble understanding it with my English ability, but I recommend it to those who like art.

Great space with lots of parking. Ideal for a weekend visit (make sure there aren't school events to avoid traffic congestion in the narrow streets).

If you are into museum tours, galleries, arts and designs, you should not fail to visit De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde’s MCAD or the Museum of the Contemporary Arts and Design housed in Benilde School of Design and Arts (SDA) campus along P. Ocampo Street. The MCAD does not only features works and arts of Benilde SDA students but also of international and local contemporary arts enthusiasts.

(Translated by Google) A very interesting museum of contemporary art, even if a little small, in an hour you can see it all. The exhibition of the moment was on empty spaces on how to re-evaluate them by building useful objects. A little difficult to find because it's a bit hidden. (Original) Un museo di arte contemporanea molto interessante, anche se un po piccolo, in un ora lo si guarda tutto.La mostra del momento era sui spazi vuoti su come rivalutarli costruendo oggetti utili.
