Service is very bed. Especially, the personal is very unkind, unfriendly. Our reservation was wrong, but next day we checked in and payed twince for our reservation. Any discount and free canceled, so bad condition for customer. I will not recommended to guests this hotel. Very bad service.

located in the busy center of malate, manila where the concentration of hotels can be found. it's just a few minutes walk to Robinsons place Manila. the rooms are spacious with a small fridge and a TV. it's old but it's ok.

The Front office staff offered outstanding service at the Executive Hotel. The rooms are spacious, well priced in a great location. Highly recommend this Hotel in Manila as an alternative location outside of Makati.

Rooms are ok but the food is expensive and very small portion. The breakfast included in the premium rooms include coffee and ice tea. U want hot tea u need to pay. That's not good. Because of the food service I would give only 2 star but its deserves more because of the staff. If the food served was good I will rate this hotel high

I like this hotel. I have been there many times. My first stay was in 2012. If you want a hotel that is close to everything, this is the place. A mall 3 minutes away. Rizal park within walking distance and many others. It's a good hotel and not terribly expensive. Would highly recommend.

We had a nice stay (over 10 days) being stranded due to our cancelled flights to KSA. The hotel staff treated us very well. Rooms are cleaned and tidied everyday, amenities such as towels, tissue paper, purified water, hand/body soap and shampoo are supplied regularly. So far so good. Thank you 🤗

Is there a zero star rating? Probably the worst service I have encountered!!! They will wake you up in the middle of the night just to ask payment for the extra person which I already advised earlier on. It was not my mistake that they did not collect payment when I checked in. My husband complained for 2 days about the kettle that is not working, the aircon was so noisy, and when we asked for the 3rd time about the issues, they cant even answer immediately yet they asked if I will pay for the extra person. Seriously??? You haven't fixed the problems in the room yet so quick to ask if I will settle the extra person fee. When it was finally replaced (kettle and aircon), I asked them if they want me to pay the extra person immediately, they said no its okay, I can pay it later when I go down. That was 9 in the evening, I came from a long trip and exhausted, our room is paid until Friday check out, that was only Tuesday evening, extra person is only from Tuesday to Thursday. Past 12 midnight our phone ring, its the front desk asking for the 750 pesos payment for the extra person!!!! Do they really have to wake you up just for the 750 when we paid until Friday??? Top it all, they are not even apologetic about it over the phone and just telling you they were just advised to call on their work endorsement...
