Is
there

zero
star
rating?
Probably
the
worst
service
I
have
encountered!!!
They
will
wake
you
up
in
the
middle
of
the
night
just
to
ask
payment
for
the
extra
person
which
I
already
advised
earlier
on.
It
was
not
my
mistake
that
they
did
not
collect
payment
when
I
checked
in.
My
husband
complained
for
2
days
about
the
kettle
that
is
not
working,
the
aircon
was
so
noisy,
and
when
we
asked
for
the
3rd
time
about
the
issues,
they
cant
even
answer
immediately
yet
they
asked
if
I
will
pay
for
the
extra
person.
Seriously???
You
haven't
fixed
the
problems
in
the
room
yet
so
quick
to
ask
if
I
will
settle
the
extra
person
fee.
When
it
was
finally
replaced
(kettle
and
aircon),
I
asked
them
if
they
want
me
to
pay
the
extra
person
immediately,
they
said
no
its
okay,
I
can
pay
it
later
when
I
go
down.
That
was
9
in
the
evening,
I
came
from
a
long
trip
and
exhausted,
our
room
is
paid
until
Friday
check
out,
that
was
only
Tuesday
evening,
extra
person
is
only
from
Tuesday
to
Thursday.
Past
12
midnight
our
phone
ring,
its
the
front
desk
asking
for
the
750
pesos
payment
for
the
extra
person!!!!
Do
they
really
have
to
wake
you
up
just
for
the
750
when
we
paid
until
Friday???
Top
it
all,
they
are
not
even
apologetic
about
it
over
the
phone
and
just
telling
you
they
were
just
advised
to
call
on
their
work
endorsement...
