It
was
our
first
time
eating
at
Yabu
so
me
and
my
brother
were
confused
at
the
menu.
There
were
no
pictures
and
we
were
not
familiar
with
the
terms.
Our
server,
Kuya
Miko,
was
kind
enough
to
explain
everything
to
us.
He
explained
all
the
items
on
the
menu
and
even
took
out
their
old
menu
that
contained
the
pictures
so
we'll
have
an
idea
how
the
food
looks
like.
Placing
the
order
was
another
hurdle.
It's
kinda
like
when
you
place
an
order
at
Ramen
Nagi
but
more
confusing
because
they
only
made
use
of
letters.
So
if
you're
a
first
timer,
you'd
really
get
confused.
Again,
Kuya
Miko
came
to
the
rescue
and
explained
it
to
us
while
taking
our
orders
simultaneously.
Once
our
orders
were
placed,
Kuya
Miko
went
the
extra
mile
and
let
us
experience
grinding
the
sesame
seeds
to
make
our
own
katsu
sauce.
He
said
that
we
really
didn't
have
to
since
our
orders
were
sauce-based.
But
since
it's
our
first
time
at
Yabu,
we
have
to
experience
it.
And
I'm
glad
he
did.
😊
The
food
was
amazing!
I
had
the
menchi
curry
and
it
was
really
delicious!
It
was
the
best
curry
I've
tasted
so
far.
Each
order
comes
with
the
main
dish,
miso
soup,
shredded
cabbage
and
fruits.
I
was
never
a
fan
of
miso
soup
after
an
unpleasant
experience
at
Tokyo
Tokyo.
But
the
miso
soup
in
Yabu
was
heavenly.
It
was
so,
so,
so
good!
The
shredded
cabbage
was
really
delicious
after
adding
the
white
sauce
(i
forgot
what
it's
called!
🤣).
And
the
fruits
were
really
fresh.
One
serving
was
so
filling
I
thought
I
wouldn't
be
able
to
finish
it.
😁
On
top
of
that,
the
sides
and
the
rice
are
all
unlimited.
You
can
have
as
many
refills
as
you
can.
I'm
very
satisfied
with
my
first
dining
experience
at
Yabu.
The
service
was
excellent
and
the
food
delicious.
I
am
so
recommending
this
place.
It's
a
bit
expensive
but
it's
worth
it.
You
won't
regret
eating
here.
But
make
sure
you're
really
hungry
when
you
come
here
so
you'll
be
able
to
finish
everything.
😁
