I had a bad experience I check in with my sister to get relax we spent money 🤑 for one of the executive room because that is one of the available at that time when we enter I check the toilet and i don't believe that did they really clean that room even the tables and chairs still there is ashe's of cigarettes I know that they don't conduct disinfection of that room and I try to ask to the front desk to transfer to other room they told us that we don't have any choice they just going to send a housekeeping staff to clean the room seriously?

The place is as advertised - So Clean, So Good, and So Safe. It's a great hotel to stay in on a budget. They probably have the cheapest option if you want to stay in a room solo or with a plus one. This branch in particular is modern and has complete comfort room facilities with a bidet, shower, and of course hot water. Each stay you are provided a pair of tooth brushes and combs, and a piece of soap and shampoo. The room comes with two towels. The staff and their boss (I assumed I saw him) is also incredibly nice.

Stayed here last week for 8 days. The place was clean but my room was not cleaned once during the entire time I was there. I would also be convenient if there was a fridge and kettle in the rooms.

We stay for 4 days m.219 we just check out now and very accommodating Yung staff and they do lagi ung bow nila.nakapa generous all the staff especially sa front desk ,they deserve an award like Sheila na bisaya din like me the supervisor Dennis very accommodating,mga staff Sila Joanna ,Ryan and Joan.

Place is great. Staff is great. However, food is not that great. Sometimes, it's just bland or sometimes it does not taste that great at all. Best order someplace else. The hotel lives up to its famous motto of "so clean and so good". It really is a clean hotel despite being sometimes stereotyped as only a "love hotel". So far, so good! Kudos Sogo hotel Malate branch! Would love to come back again 😉 P.S. if you're lucky enough, you can catch the staff skateboarding along the alleyways. This, of course, is for work purposes.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. They have a promo that if a staff member does not greet you, they will give you a half roast chicken free. For my 5 night visit I left without a free half roast chicken because the staff were always very polite 😀

Near to angel's pizza . New . Much better than nearby other sogo . Food please don't buy you will regret. Also look out for television (maybe hidden cam inside) it's creepy turn on and off itself until had to call staff.near to 7-11 , McDonald's.

The good thing about this hotel is that it has many branches around Philippines and most is located within Luzon area esp. Manila. We went to manila for a one day trip It was an advantage to my part because we want it near Buendia since we were intending to take a trip to Laguna early in the morning. Before we arrived at Manila we arranged terms with the hotel and we agreed to a certaim amount of payment just a little less than its normal price since we'll stay for only 6 hours. The hotel has good accommodations and pleasant employees. The room was great which was not what wehave expected. It has great ambience, enough amenities that we need, and clean. It was Japanese-inspired with the background seen in the wall and the table convenient for the customers. So far, we had good impressions with the room but we found the toilet kind of disappointing. It smelled funny maybe coming from the drain. The bowl was kind of leaking (which explains why there's drain near it). The shower was not working well so we have to settle with the faucet since switch button from faucet to shower is also kind of defective. The temperature of the water do not seem to change and 'hot' water was very low. But I think if we stayed longer that time we were able to ask assistance from the staff and it will be fixed, somehow.

The best one in the Metro, enjoyed my stay, staff are nice, services are outstanding. Definitely coming back.

Room was OK, so is location..but it took them more than hour to deliver my order of just 2 bottles of san mig light..best to buy your food and drinks outside and not rely on their food service.
