- The people at the reception on Saturdays are rude. I was having my urinalysis and blood test repeated and the receptionist yelled it out loud enough for other patients and staff to hear. Bastos. - This clinic has no respect for the time of its clients. I have an appointment for a cardiologist at 9AM, Saturday. They send BOTH email and SMS confirmations regarding my appointment the day before. Then ON THE MORNING ITSELF, they inform me that the cardio has cancelled the appointment. I had to re-schedule to the next available cardiologist to have my results interpreted. - So I have re-scheduled to the cardio reporting at 2PM. According to the nurse and the queue, I was first on the list of patients. But I was called at 5PM (last). My only concern is for clearance and for the interpretation of my confirmatory tests which is quite short, BUT THE PATIENTS WITH LOADS OF MEDICAL CONCERNS WHO WERE QUEUED AFTER ME WERE ENTERTAINED FIRST. The doctor said it was because he could not open my file because it was not opened in their system. Imagine, I lost my entire day for just 15 mins of consultation. Will not come here again. Bad service.

I have an appointment with their pulmonologist, but they cannot let me enter their facilities due to I have a cough. The reason I scheduled an appointment to thier pulmonologist is because of my cough. A medical clinic which you are not allowed to enter because you are sick.

the staffs here were rude and unprofessional. - when they took a blood sample from me, it bruised for days. - while in the reception, there is a korean woman queued after me, as one of them entertained her they mock and speak korean in a gibberish way afterwards.. very disrespectful. i can see that the korean woman felt shy. - then when i submitted my urine sample (it is bright green yellowish due to vitamins that i take) as i walk away from the laboratory, i heard the staff there talking about my pee and laughing about it (very unprofessional, as if it is their first time seeing such pee)

Pretty pointless to set an appointment when the priveleged doctors don't honor and respect the time of their patients. They work slow too.

Hello If you continue not accepting walk in patients, you will lose customers. Imagine that there is a patient not feeling well went there and sasabihin may appointment ba kayo? Ah need nyo pa appointment dito sa website. Bakit? May schedule ba sakit namin? That patient is me and others. Good thing there is also healthway in Robinsons Manila which accepts walk in patients. You better put a big signage outside saying that you don't accept walk in Customers. Kawawa mga elderly na pumunta sa inyo.

This branch doesn't care with their patient as long as they are paid. I got a PEME in this branch January 14, 2023, receive the result but wrong company was written and they sent the result in my non active email address. I have contacted them multiple times to make the correction but up until now no correction is made. If Google added a - rating here, this branch will be -10. If you are thinking dropping by in this branch, think about it multiple times. I also auggest to read personal experiences shared in the review. I WILL NEVER TRANSACT AGAIN IN THIS BRANCH. EVER!!! 😡👎👎👎

The clinic is clean. Procedure is fast especially if you go in early. But they'll rob you. They charge 200% more than the regular clinics especially if you're a walk in client.

Paid almost 18 thousand for an executive check up and was welcomed by a very impolite reception personnel.

Took almost 4 hours for the Pre-Employment Exam. There were not enough seats for everyone. They should have anticipated the number of patients going on a weekend. I also don’t get the logic of not allowing the patients to use the exit at the 4th floor.

Waiting time is quite long but that is expected since there are many people who's going to this place for consultation. As for me, they are very accommodating, never had a bad experience with the staffs. My youngest daughter is afraid of needles, but thanks to this wonderful laboratory staff, doing blood extraction is very easy for her now.

The laboratory tech that assisted me is very courteus, polite, friendly and is thinking of the patient even when he is about to go out, he endorsed me to his colleague before heading out and informed about it if I had additional questions. top notch!

Doctors here came late, place is super hot

As far as I can remember I was well attented even with my laboratory. The staff are courteous. Keep it up.

I am very disappointed in your service. First of all, I went to your Shangrila branch last 21-May to inform (in person cause you are very unresponsive in emails and messenger) that I need to reschedule cause I had incorrect fasting. I informed the guy in front counter that I am coming back to Singapore on 23- May afternoon. He noted and asked me to come back next day. I came back next day, 22-May to have my blood tests done and was assisted by Ella. I asked if I can do the consultations the next day cause I have to go somewhere and the queue seems long and I also informed her about me leaving on 23. SHE NOTED and even advised me that it is actually better to come on Sunday as there were no much people. Then next day, 23-May I came back for the consultations but there were NO DOCTORS AT ALL. Why would she tell me Sunday is better when there are chances of having no doctors? I HAVE ALREADY TOLD 2 PEOPLE I AM LEAVING ON 23 I HAVE BEEN COMING FOR 3 CONSECUTIVE DAYS. IF THEY HAVE INFORMED ME THAT CASES LIKE THIS WOULD HAPPEN, I SHOULD HAVE JUST MAKE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS ON MY SCHEDULE AND DROP EVERYTHING BECAUSE I REALLY NEED TO GET A CHECK UP. However, your people are not paying attention to what your patients say. They are asking me to waive the consultations but I wanted to get a refund! How come your people don’t offer options that is fair for patients who paid for this ECU package? All they were asking is for me to waive cause I am already leaving and there is no way for me to see the doctor? So unreasonable! So later on she advised me to go teleconsults and what choice do I have? Either I waive or go teleconsult so I agreed! And then a week passed already but she still hasn’t arranged? You may see the screenshot of our viber conversation! You have already caused so much inconvenience and yet you don’t treat my case as urgent and needed to be attended?How long do I need to wait? She’s not available? Then she should endorse! Why would patients adjust to her roster? And she offered to communicate through viber and she won’t respond? How unprofessional! Your operations must continue regardless if she is around or not! I am really upset to pay for your ECU package and end up not being attended properly! PLEASE GET SOMEONE TO REPLY TO ME OR REFUND THE COST OF MY CONSULTATIONS.

Nurses and staff here seem to do not know what they are doing. A terrible inconvenience caused me getting service from this clinic. I don't recommend going here for your medical needs.

Booked an appointment at 1PM. When I came there ahead of schedule the doctor wasn't around yet. The nurses didn't know when the doctor would come and I was expected to wait indefinitely. The doctor did not respond to any of my messages.

The GP here refused to see me for having fever yesterday….. I don’t understand why these clowns go to medical school for 8 years…

Terrible service. I had my annual physical exam with my company at their branch. They couldn't not find my stool specimen though I made an effort to go back there the next day since I could not submit my stool specimen yet on the day of APE. I already reported it to them and sent me a reply that they could not really find it. There was not even an empathy or apologies from them.
