disappointed
in

service.
First
of
all,
I
went
to
your
Shangrila
branch
last
21-May
to
inform
(in
person
cause
you
are
very
unresponsive
in
emails
and
messenger)
that
I
need
to
reschedule
cause
I
had
incorrect
fasting.
I
informed
the
guy
in
front
counter
that
I
am
coming
back
to
Singapore
on
23-
May
afternoon.
He
noted
and
asked
me
to
come
back
next
day.
I
came
back
next
day,
22-May
to
have
my
blood
tests
done
and
was
assisted
by
Ella.
I
asked
if
I
can
do
the
consultations
the
next
day
cause
I
have
to
go
somewhere
and
the
queue
seems
long
and
I
also
informed
her
about
me
leaving
on
23.
SHE
NOTED
and
even
advised
me
that
it
is
actually
better
to
come
on
Sunday
as
there
were
no
much
people.
Then
next
day,
23-May
I
came
back
for
the
consultations
but
there
were
NO
DOCTORS
AT
ALL.
Why
would
she
tell
me
Sunday
is
better
when
there
are
chances
of
having
no
doctors?

BEEN
COMING
FOR

CONSECUTIVE
DAYS.
IF
THEY
HAVE
INFORMED
ME

CASES
LIKE
THIS
WOULD
HAPPEN,

SHOULD
HAVE
JUST
MAKE
SPECIAL
ARRANGEMENTS
ON
MY
SCHEDULE
AND
DROP
EVERYTHING
BECAUSE
I
REALLY
NEED
TO
GET
A
CHECK
UP.
However,

people

not
paying
attention
to
what

patients
say.
They
are

to

the
consultations
but
I

come

caused

attended

GET
SOMEONE
TO
REPLY
TO

OR
REFUND
THE
COST
OF
