I'm on the west side so I have a nice view of the bay and the sunset. Although I don't have a totally unobstructed view of the sunset, it's still very nice. It also has a nice pool, work out room, billiards room and a store that carries all the essential stuff right on the 6th floor.

The place is tidy and all elevators are working and fast. There is no ample parking for building guests and it is challenging to park along the road because it might get towed

Good Apartments but very small rooms and TV in Bedroom and not in living room getting old, swimming pool in shade so is cold, you need to taxi or Jeepny to get to malls and night life

Conveniently located 1 block from HARRISON PLAZA COMPLEX. building is across local Filipino low cost dishes, a through walkway beside the barangay multi-purpose hall connects to the parallel street where one can find a 7 eleven and a Chinese ramen restaurant called Shi shi noodle house. On the mezzanine floor is a Chinese convenience store and on the ground floor a noodle house is under renovation .

Maintena staff and other residents were unprofessional and did not practice proper decorum. Elevators are frequently malfunctioning, hallways frequently smell bad. There is no service elevator, and janitors insist on loading in trash on an elevator where there are also residents present.

Not much was appreciated in the place since I just got flowers they made for me to deliver to clients, but I can say the staff were courteous and accommodating.
