Nearest Starbucks besides P. Noval. Great team working here, they know me and most of the time I can just go in without needing to tell them what I want cause they already know what I want.

This branch is not that big but it sure is neat, cozy, and decent. Staff are all nice and accomodating. Given that the branch is very near from UST, there are several long tables which are perfect for students who want to study while having coffee.

So so place, always jampacked with student but fast service. Not a place for you to concentrate given the small space and many people.

Its a particularly slow day considering that I came on an Easter Sunday. I ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew venti size and it certainly packs a punch.

The place is full of students from a nearby school so it will be quite difficult to find a seat.

There are fewer food options than usual. The barista's are super nice but they seem to be swamped or just slow. Nice spot to hang out in and study at though

I always buy my favourite Matcha Latte here.. Love it, Rate it 5 stars.

Rude yung isang barista may pagka unaware sa situation. I asked my dad to buy us some drinks (since i cant go out dahil i dont have a pass and my residence are strict with going and coming of its residence - only my dad is allowed to leave the building) He used my PWD card for the discount sa drink ko. He presented my ID and authorization with my SB card. The girl on the counter wont accept the order ecen though such documents are presented. Pinagpipilitan niya useless ang aking authorization at dapat daw i should be present dahil those are my purchases. Like dude, are you aware of the current situation of this country? Buti pa sa p noval. Very accommodating yung baristas. As always. Love you p noval.

Place is cozy and has good ambiance. Baristas/staffs are well accommodating and courteous. Just located outside Pacific Suites, behind UST. One of the best cafe to meet with your friends within the area.
