    very very very very bad telephone customer service!!! no one is answering all of our calls!!! even with their globe and sun numbers.. i was planning to set an appointment for our whole fam! but ive been calling for 5 days and not a single person is available to answer our calls

    Clean. Attendants are walking around to keep the area clean at all times. Medical practitioners are courteous. Many patient/clients were there. Also, if you are not the patient, make authorization letter so they will give you the result a day after or 2. Parking is a bit hard. Bring driver. There are banks (AUB, BDO, BPI) as well as Chinese resto and Tiger Sugar in front the clinic.

    Contrary to other people's experiences, the staff are nice and easy to communicate with. I wish I could explain things more vividly, however my experience cab be considered as subjective per my opinion. The negative ratings doesn't seem to reflect the reality on the ground per my visit. I believe some people's expectations or perceptions are beyond to what can be actually considered as the norm. To anyone who's reading this, you stay safe and healthy. And whatever your circumstance is, I hope you'll be blessed!

    Every morning here is too busy. If you want to save your time, try to go here in 12nn. 😁 Facility is good, staffs are nice. Parking space in the front is always full.

    Got there at 7AM only to be treated rudely by the staff at the entrance (the one that does pre-interviews and gives out numbers). She could have asked me nicely about my period, but she just kept saying, “first date”, “first date”, “first date” with an annoyed tone. Like, she was asking me to just answer it quickly. She was so unprofessional and does not know how to respectfully deal with patients. How is this person going to deal with seniors & PWD’s if she is so short-tempered and impolite. It was so early, and she was rude to me and everyone else. Seems like she hates her job. I have to give props to the other staff cos they were very accommodating, and they do not make you look stupid unlike the woman at the entrance.

    im not sure with other branches, but they accept you here and make you pay so fast in less than 10 minutes,, and make you wait for (in my case) almost two hours for an ultrasound,, very disappointing experience,,

    I am quite surprised with the negative reviews of others TBH. Yes, this lab may not be perfect but Del Monte branch accommodates many patients on a daily basis. Not to make excuses for any of their shortcomings, but having tried almost all laboratories in Metro Manila (hospital-based labs excluded as they are quite exorbitant), I still consider this lab as my personal best - organized, relatively fast - queue and results, reasonable price, results with comparative history. One notable negative thing though -- LIMITED PARKING! Been your client for almost 10 years now and will continue to be so. Just keep up the good work. Thanks and God bless, Hi Precision!

    I've been having my blood tests done here for 3 years and I've never had any problem. But because of what I experienced today, I might transfer to a different diagnostic facility. The staff at the imaging section did not process my x-ray result, which resulted in a 1-hour wait. When I finally confronted them, I received the impression that they were making me wait on purpose.

    This clinic has no xray place for symptomatic people. They do not accept patients with symptoms. That should not be the case because people visit their clinic via walk in. Hi Precision Retiro has xray for symptomatic people. It's just they do not have employees to do the xray today. Hi precision Del monte has no sympathy for patients.

    Verry disappointed getting LOA from customer service on email. Sent LOA request before holiday 04/06, received auto acknowledgement. After holiday, it appears that no one processed it and as to have their reason agent came up with excuse that error. And now, booking again via HP App has only available date of 2 days later. I'm sick and need urgent test and I'm a pwd but they do not care. Negligence on your part HP customer service email team. Now I do not received an update.

    It is very hard to get through both your trunklines (741-7777 and 863-9999). Just keeps on ringing. Or if able to reach the voice recording, and after requesting for the operator, just keeps on ringing. Also suggest a more professional voice prompt for the Pioneer branch. Voice is pleasant but "anemic"/too slow, i.e., parang may sakit, not consistent with image promoting wellness.

    My mother-in-law had her CT scan from this clinic which claims to be PRECISED and ACCURATE with results but were actually not. It was a whole abdomen CT scan and all went fine (as we thought). On ber check up with the CT scan results, it showed that she still has a UTERUS which was appropriate for her age. IT IS A MIRACLE! Is it? To cut the story short, my mom-in-law had a TAHBSO years ago. On the results, the doctor noted that the gall bladder was surgically absent. BUT NOT WITH THE UTERUS! We tried claiming for a refund to the HMO so we can request a new CT scan to be done in a hospital. No one has made settlements anymore. So let this be a strong warning to everyone who patronize HI-PRECISION! Their services maybe more affordable than other labs or hospitals but results aren't accurate and precised as how to claim it to be.

    Lines too long. Staff inattentive. They make you wait 1hour to release a supposedly scheduled release of xray result. What's the point of scheduling if they still make clients wait too long?

    Please update your Business Hours on Sundays. It says open until 2:30pm. I get to the place and it’s closed. Del Monte is not near for some of us to get to.

    Vertis north branch: Bad and slow customer service. Very pricey, definitely not worth it. Does not reply to messages. Paulit ulit yung test. Di nila makuha. For the price, not worth it. Also gives wrong information.

    Inexperienced phlebotomists. It took 4 persons to look for my vein for extraction of blood but they still ended up puncturing me 2x on 2 different veins. I had hematoma for almost 2 weeks. I didn’t have the same experience on other diagnostic clinics. Other clinics would find my vein in just one shot. Not coming back here.

    Very affordable rates. The place is clean and cozy. Processes in place are efficient. Minus 1 star for telephone customer service. Make sure to ask the right questions and clarify lest you get the wrong information.

    Went here and their male radiologist is so rude!! He casually talks about death and directly pointed out that the urogram might cause my grandmother’s death. Worst of it, my grandma heard it all. He is so appalling and have cause disturbance to us.
