I have no concern with the services given to me the past few days of test. The front desk, the doctors who attended to me was all very satisfactory until that day collecting my results. Jasper Feliciano please don't be rude and dismissive to a patient like me. First and foremost you are the one who ask me if you can help as I was walking towards the desk. Don't give a superior approach to people. You ought to be more understanding and patient i your line of job or else pick another job. You are still young so all is good you can learn so start with this....Don't Argue With Patients!

This branch is where I do my regular check up. As always, quality services provided to its clients/customers/patients. Highly accomodating staff, they really make sure everyone feels comfy and secure. Price range of services are the same with the market and in accordance to IRR. Also, strictly follows the protocols and guidelines in placed. Overall, Highly recommended! Kudos and GodBless!

HP Diagnostics? What can I say? It's very systematic. What I love about it is their triage.. They are strict but very accommodating... They help the patients so well that we feel we are important and safe. HP is clean all around especially their restrooms - well maintained. Keep it up, HP Diagnostics! 😊👍💯

First of all, after years of dealing with health issues here and there, I finally found a clinic that values the patient's time and effort. I was surprised to have finished 3 diagnostic tests in 1 hour. I was surprised with how the doctor treated us and did an extra mile. I was surprised that the facility actually have a water dispenser for patients. I should have known this place exist. I will give them a thousand stars if I could. I am a nurse and a customer service representative and I was amazed. More branches please so that people will have quality service around the metro. Kudos!

Systematic and fast service.

By far the most efficient clinic I've been to for annual physical exam. First time to try it out with HP. There were a lot of patients already when I arrived 6.30 in the morning but they have an efficient system in place. After I was verified with health care provider by 7.00am (the health care provider's office only opens by 7am as I was told by HP staff), it took me about an hour to get everything done. Doctor was already in at the time I was there. Facilities are clean. Staff are polite. Highly recommended.

We were failed to be informed that the ultrasound starts at 7am. There is no proper queueing for the ultrasound. The staff still behaved professionally despite some customers becoming impatient for their turn. Waiting time can be long. The clinic is clean and well-maintained so far. Drinking water is available for patients.

Very systematic and organize

Be prepared to stay at least 5 to 6 HRS. dont plan anything thay day. Dont go on satudays since they only have one doctor on WEEKENDS. Weekends when more people come. They have more doctors on WEEKDAYS.

The staffs and the doctor are friendly and accommodating. I do highly suggest to come early around 6:30 am to avoid long queue during peak hours.

The line for payment took an hour!! This is the worst hi precision branch ever!! I just got no choice since this is one of the only 2 branches with 2d echo.

All employees are very accommodating,especially the nurses and the doctor. The place is clean. And the physical exam result is fast.

Great experience. I've read Google reviews about different Hi Precision Diagnostics branches near my area (QC) and found that V. Luna has the highest and good review. This prompted me to make this my preferred branch for my pre-employment medical exam. I'm in the branch @6AM and finished my pre-employment medical exam at 7:15AM. The guard and staffs are very approachable and is not wasting any time in accommodating their patients. This is far different from my previous experience from other clinic. I definitely recommend this branch and I am planning to do medical/laboratory procedures here in the future. Parking is really limited though and lines queue up fast due to many patients early in the morning so better go to the branch as early as possible.
