The service was so so.. the hospital was a little bit dirty and the location of their cashier was not strategically placed in the right location.. and the other offices was far from each other..

Batch 1978. During my time, Students need to take and pass entrance exam and the adminstration only accepts 100 students who passed the exam and interviews. The 100 students that were accepted are free of tuition fees. All we needed to pay were our uniforms. Excellent school.

There school technology is so slow, my daughter graduated July 9 and it is now September 5 her transcript is still not available!!!! Even unofficial transcript they can’t produce!!!!! We had emailed them and there automated response is “ we no longer accept emails please come to school personally “ OMG so very poor service what about us who is in Texas!!! We cant go to school. So the only thing we can do is to avail an international call and stay awake in the middle of the night since we had different timezone and the response we just had is wait for there answers in email and so I had told them that there automatic response in there email is misleading us.!!!! And they should have improved there technology every business had improved there technology during covid days to my dismay Chinese General still had no progress!!!!

Been there for PCR test and the staff were professionals, friendly, past and efficient

We had our drive thru pcr test. 3 of us had it, and it only took 10 mins. The medical staff were accomodating.

Upgraded most of their department, but unfortunately the lab dept, I'm still not satisfied with their protocol of releasing results. It should always be two (2) copies [copy for doctor & copy for patient]. One more thing -small lab clinic I've tried provided envelope for the results whereas at CGH, if you don't ask they leave at that.

Quality and caring service from its doctors, nurses and staff. Nice that they continue to improve i.e. admission process now has direct admission which is almost like express. They go to you instead of waiting for your turn while you wait in your assigned room. Ofcourse only for planned admission. Facilities upgrade from equipment to infrastructure.

Attentive staff tho expect a slight movement because of.many patients. Catering to seniors mostly...

The best inpatient care I had so far. Clean ward, attentive nurses, round the clock doctors are checking on you.

Had my procedures done here as per doctor's recommendation and advice because of the hospital's credibilty and reputation. Extremely good experience except for the people/ staff who handles the HMO's. Staffs are arrogant and rude.

Their system on discharge works well. The staff are very respectful and accommodating.

The hospital has been modernizing it's facilities and looks and feels good when you enter the lobby

Dr Sebastian is really good, but the wait to see him is really long, & the waiting areas aren't very comfortable. Also wanted to get some cash out from the only ATM on site, but it was down at the time. Not the fault of the hospital, but I wonder how long it's been down, & whether someone was going to come to repair it?

Very Good also serving foods are good all nurse are always smiling. The doctor also good

5 star its because all acces is inside the hospital the market mercury drug seven eleven and more its nice hospital place.

The guard is very accomodating.. They assist us. And the doctors are friendly

It is clean and spacious but guard are unreliable source of onfo when asked about places, buildings in the area

I give them 5 star because the people there are very kindly and the hospitality was generous and they keep us safe all the time by keeping on eye on the patients i have nothing to say to them

Hospital is not that bad all it needs improvement is on systematic way of automating things. You need to be prepared of filling up a lot of forms unlike Makati Med and Asian Hospital where they do this for you. There are a lot of redundant forms that needs to be streamlined. Staff are great though.

The security personnel and even the elevator operators were all very courteous and helpful.

No parking space in the hospital. You have to park at the medical arts building which is dificult when you brought at the e.r. a seriously ill patient.

The hospital is neat and clean and the nurses and doctors are very accomodating and kind. Very good hospital with quality service.

I'm a senior high there, the teachings of the school are great, affordable fees and also you will feel the tension of getting piled up homework but those are the process to be a RN or Doctor in the future,!

I just drop by security bank near chinese general hospital, as for chinese hospital it was clean and they follow the safety protocol

Process was very poor. Me and and my companion have a appointment for swab at 7am but entertained 8am. We even go there 2 hours earlier prior to our appointed time but it all go waste. Bad experience overall.
