Very friendly sales persons and very accommodating as well. I appreciate it that they would ask for what you are looking for and help you look for it. I think they have a very good customer service.

A good place to buy hardware stuff and the customer staffs are friendly and accomodating.

I bought some heavy items for delivery after 2 days. I asked Mavin, the Ace staff who assisted me, if it was guaranteed that it would be delivered after 2 days during my preferred time (3-5PM). He said “yes”. Hence I repeated my question just for confirmation, and he said “yes, it will be delivered on time” So I cancelled all my appointments during that afternoon, just to wait for my item. However, our waiting was worthless! No delivery came!

A small but reliable branch of Ace hardware. They have almost everything inside just like their bigger branch. Maybe just limited of stocks because of the space but still have the basic necessity of everyone.

Wide array of DIY products. They also have a mechanized paint mixing station, although I have yet to avail of such service. 👍👍

Writing about the SM Manila location. This is a small scale store. 1- 2 years ago it deserved 4 stars. Currently (July 2019), it rates 2 stars. Sales floor aisles are often blocked with boxes. Too many merchandise displays are disheveled. A formerly moderately helpful staff now actively avoids contact with customers, clustering together socializing in full view of the customer service desk (where, I presume a manager of some sort presides.

Shop employees are very approachable and easy to talk to and cashiers are always smiling. The place is easy to traverse and to look for items as well.

Employees are super nice and helpful. Beware of their terrible return policy. We bought a Pure Air (Air purifier with humidifer) and had buyer remorse, so decided to return. Item is new, in box. They have a 30 days return/exchange policy. However they gave us such a hard time in returning it. They ended up giving us a voucher that expires within 30 days and must be used at one time only. So whoever decided to buy at Ace hardware make sure you have no buyer's remorse. Also, check online (Lazada/Shoppee) to see if the item are cheaper, I see a lot of stuff that was at least 20% cheaper online, even after accounting for shipping fees. Ace Hardware definitely lost a customer in me.
