HUB Make Lab by 98B Collab used to be a small space for small independent artists and creators where they bring their crafts to sell once a month for SaturdayxFuture, a few years later, it has now been transformed into a beacon of art for artists and makers in the heart of Manila, Escolta. This space offers a wide range of things to check out, from plants, clothing by local designers, knick knacks of old sorts, Local art magazines, jewelries, surf board wax, eco friendly skin products, to bags made out of local materials, a barbershop, a coffeeshop and a friendly group of people and artists, this place will never run out of options to do. And if you are hungry, try the dumplings they sell here, it is good! The shawarma, a lot better than other local ones we have! This is also a space for artists to showcase their artworks, it changes from time to time, and this is what keep Hub interesting too. If u ever find yourself in Intramuros or Manila, head to the Hub Escolta and check out what they could offer for you! (Tip: ask about what’s upstairs)

Nostalgia at Escolta #Chryzhpontaneous takes you to Escolta, reminisce some items that will take you back and appreciate some of the arts and crafts. This place is nice but need more improvement and need to make some good marketing.

I like the overall vibe of this place. 💯 I especially like their support to local artists and local vendors. The art items, the vintage pieces, locally-made accessories, and thrifted clothes were the ones I saw and I loved all of them! Some of the shops accept Gcash payment, but some only accepts cash so please note that when you visit the place. I haven't had the chance to visit every store cause it was 30mins. before closing time when I got there. Google says they close at 7pm but in reality they close at 6PM. So better to be there early. I wasn't able to try any food when I got there, so that would be on my list when I come back. 😊

Really cool spot if you are into artsy things. There’s thrifting, coffee shops, crystals, and crafts. It looks like they’re adding more stores too!

Love what they have done in Escolta. Making it an Art Hub for all. A place where artist and talents can be showcased. Felt the manila culture and style in this place. Hope they can further the movement..

Pretty hip locale with shops and a quaint coffee bar in the back that's air conditioned. Shops have authentic nice buys with some better handcraft items. The space reminds us of Chelsea market in NYC. Definitely a spot to stop in and hang for a bit and escape the hot busy Manila streets! Wish they had more hip places like this around Manila.

Various photos from the shops in HUB! I love the authenticity, uniqueness, complete vintage vibe, and the simplicity. All of it combined is just emphasizing Filipino elegance. #ProudPinoy #Escoltafinds! ♡

Great mix of art, culture, and history. Visit and support the small entrepreneurs selling their wares here, including pre-loved clothes and books, trinkets, craft paper, and postcards, just to mention a few.

HUB Make Lab is a collective space in the historic street of Escolta for artists and a launch pad for local start up businesses in Manila. The who place caters to a wide audience having a coffee shop, barber shop, botiques, bar and tours. The space also has a regular events; one of the most celebrated is the Escolta Block Party, a one night street party for everyone while the street is flocked with a multitude of independent pop-up shops.

Hub Make Lab is so cool. If you like creative stuff and cool finds, it's the place to be. I especially liked the stall of Tienda Wabas there. Their journals are so cool!

If you are looking for souvenirs, crafts, interesting art works, limited edition merchandise, innovative food items, upcycled clothings and accessories, DIY wares, vintage goods and refurbished antiques, HUB: Make Lab is the perfect have for that. Plus you get to experience spanish era ambience as it is located in one of the old buildings along Escolta street!

Great little set of shops in a small boutique market, it’s small and interesting with an amazing coffee shop at the back

Matcha latte was way too sweet. Adobo was so dry it felt like it had a powdery consistency as I chewed more. The place is good for small artists though and I’d come back to do some thrifting and purchase some stickers and art. Just maybe not to eat.

👍👍 Authentic place! Really great food. The best was the shrimps dumpling. But all other dishes were good. The service was great and the menu was well explained by the waiters. The tea was perfect with the food. Recommend! Hopefully, we can visit again once in Philippines.

🫤 The place needs a deep cleaning and update. I saw roaches crawling around on multiple occasions. Additionally the pool tables are a centerpiece to the bar and are not maintained well at all. They are unbalanced and the felt is old. The pool sticks are all old and warped as well. I know this establis...
