The most attentive sales people in the country: they know how to assist clients, you just keep on choosing and buying, and they would carry all your stuff; if the available size or color of a product the client wants is not available, their sales people automatically calls their other branches for availability; excellent product knowledge; very friendly. Rustans also carries the most elegant free-wrapping services.

Was able to find seltzer water and items not found in other groceries. Bakery, food stall inside entrance is good with limited seating. I cannot find coffee ready to drink inside. I have to go out and buy it elsewhere, about a block away.

Ever since I started working in Makati, Rustans has always been a special place for me. Special occasions and celebrations call for a quick shopping trip to treat myself and my family. But time flies and now Rustans, while still maintained well, is aging and needs an overhaul. The men's section has limited item selections. The Brooks Brothers section closed down. The luxury brands available for men is scarce. A highlight of the men's section is Montblanc, with a very large section of the store dedicated to it. The women's section is a bit better but the items available are very limited. Prices, as typical of other SSI brands, are way way too much compared to the SRP from official brand websites. Promotions and discounts are few and far in between. However, the Rustans website service is superb. Shipping takes only a few days and all items are packed safely.

Very helpful staff. The store still exceeds expectations with their womderful selection of items.

A well stocked supermarket. Wide range of products. You can complete a full weekly shop here. Best to go during the week as weekends are very times for this supermarket. Bring your own bags and pack your shopping yourself. Otherwise, it will be a lengthy delay to your day.

Fresh produce and good quality products. Usually go to here for groceries and higher end shopping. Also free parking with purchase!

This is the queue to pay the parking even if you have a free ticket! PLUS, the elevator to higher levels in the car park is still not working after years with no reduction in the parking fee PLUS they have effectively stopped letting those park on the ground level unless they have a car wash!

People say that it is expensive to shop here. But if you are going to buy items that are also available in other retail outlets, the price is the same, plus you get the service of a VIP client even if you will just purchase 1 item. They sell expensive items because they carry imported brands, you need not go abroad to buy them

Rustan's is a prestigious Dept. Store which carries upscale brands; it warrants the quality of products and fulfills its commitments to its clientele. Kudos to W. Camaya, store branch manager who made it easier for us to claim (within) warranty of a specific item. Thank you.

East Cafe at 2nd floor is ideal lunch place to meet up with family and friends! Good Asian cuisine, reasonable prices, soft music, clean space and excellent service!

Great supermarket for imported meats and wines. And good every day shop. Has nearly everything you need

It is very nice to go here because , there is a nearby steel parking lots , with elevator , it is not hassle to bring a car.

If you want to avoid long queues and large crowd in your favourite grocery store, this is an alternative. There is an apparent price difference, but if it's for convenience, why not. Meat selection is also great specially if you want specific cuts, thickness, etc. Don't forget to chance upon their japanese selections as it's always made fresh, maki, sushi, sashimi, etc., And their discounted pastries bang for the buck.

Same as ever the are good if you want non local foods whicj sm don't have. If you want local foods and are hot on price Rustan,s then this place is not for you go to sm but if you want better quality and are ok paying for it. This is the place for you.

Rustan's has this combination of great brands, upscale ambiance, and strong customer service. The last point is worth emphasizing. One can ask any of the sales personnel at Rustan's and, rest assured, you will be attended to and helped by them. If there's a downside to be mentioned about this branch of Rustan's, its the old escalators that fit only one person across - and this is already nitpicking. Besides, they have their own elevators that more than make up for it. Rustan's is a great place to shop.

Rustan's for me has always been a place that truly spelled class & elegance. They have maintained cleanliness & wide shipping areas. There's no fear of bumping into items because of narrow spaces. Products are not cheap but they have a lot of items you can get only from Rustan's. A place where your eyes can feast on magnificent things.

I had an amazing shopping experience here, started at Addidas where I was able to get all good quality polyester stretch shorts for my husband post-surgery, my shopping time was well cut down because 2 efficient salesgirls assisted me. Ruffa's efficiency stand-out. She was able to assist me visually looking at numbers to fill up for new Rustans card bc my new prescription glass I haven't gotten. I even was able to shop for an italian loafer shoes, which I did not have enough money with me. I promise to come back the next day to pay for the rest w my husband who cannot be up too long after surgery. The security guard called her & didnt have to go around looking for her. her assistance was immense. Rolling backpack was what I needed too. If you 're in for time-crunch shopping & needs efficient salesperson, Rustan is the place.

It's my go-to grocery. Good meat section, fish and poultry.

It's now on their normal operation, it seems started momentum, noticed more shoppers seen in weekends.

Usually not so crowded, different from Landmark then takes not so long time to wait and pass cashe, and good to earn Robinson point. Range and type of goods are always very good so can enjoy shopping without disappointment not to find the aiming items.
