Ok. I have reviewed shakeys before. But, I this location needs some attention because of the location. They charged us to park here for an appointment. We went back and ate. But, anyone that has tried to find parking to go to any of the offices around there will tell you that you are going to pay to park. So, a location with shakeys and bank security, worth paying for. I love shakeys. But, this is a shout out to the service we needed by an outstanding security staff. Thanks guys.

Hot food, delicious and good for the money. It is hard to get the attention of staff at times.

Didn't have a chance to talk with the Manager for my Commendation. But all of the staff are very approachable the service is perfect and good ambiance. Food is served Hot

We ordered pizza and it was delivered by foodpanda. According to the link it was coming from United Nations Ave which is 6 min from Bayview Park Hotel. We were called from panda driver that it was coming from the other side of town. It was cold, soggy, and not near the toppings as shown on the ordering site. Horrible experience.

Has a cozy ambience, food is good as always, there is parking space, and the lightnings inside is lovely at night.

The pizza tasted very good. The spaghetti 🍝 and fried chicken was very good. Polite staff. The manager was very hospitable.

Great service and solid food.

2 stars because they tried to overcharge me, and even after I noticed the bill was wrong the server insisted the bill was correct. I had to get a menu myself and calculate everything, and even had to raise my voice before they listened to me and corrected it. Won't be going back again. Shame because initially the service was good and food was alright.

Service time of food is great, no delays and the food is great, nice atmosphere very comfy and the staff were nice and easy to talk to, thumbs up 👍👍

8 feb 2023, ca 12nn. What surprised me the most is that branch employed seniors and PWDs, who even in their state were able to serve us properly and promptly. We had the super 2023 classic meal deal, and everything was served in reasonable time...the place was clean, making for an enjoyable dining experience.

Very good as usual and my kiddos like the chix and pizza.... Unfortunately wala ung mojo's and ung R&B milk tea sa UN branch...

The dining staff is great. They even gave me a complimentary soup and salad. The place is comfortable and safe. One of the best Shakey's experience.

Love their fried chicken ❤️ even if it's pricey. Good service. Angus pizza was a bit oily and strong beefy taste.
