This was quite literally our worst night on earth. Luckily it was a one night stay at a very late hour. But I don't even know how to describe this place. Upon entry to hotel we immediately knew it was going to be the worst stay. Very much with a Vegas Liberace vibe. Extremely tacky and dirty. From the corridors to the pink bath mats at all the room doors. Our room was probably 100+ degrees when we got in near midnight. The air conditioner was abysmal. We informed host at front desk, but she literally just said sorry. No effort to help. We were contemplating sleeping in our car in the airport parking garage. Pros: we survived the night Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE

It was very handy for the early flights as situated in front of the airport. The hotel itself is outdated, feels dirty, in my room, the sink never emptied, was no hot water in the shower, as seems the individual heating system doesn't work . When I blamed the receptionist about this situation, they told me: " we will call someone to fix it, but we don't know how long you need to wait for. As I guess, all guests are busy, and it will never be fixed. I wonder why we got no glasses in the room. For the price of € 120 I paid for the night without breakfast, I feel like if they stole my money

We booked this hotel via Booking, where the reviews unfortunately are vastly different from the ones here... We arrived at the reception and both ceiling lights were flickering broken. We had booked a room for two people, but since they were out of double rooms somehow, we got a family room (for four). After arriving at our room one of the first things we see is a huge cockroach crawling to the bathroom and a musky, lightly stinky odour. Additionally, some of the door frames had partially come off at the bottom. In general, it looked poorly maintained. If that wasn't enough, the room had virtually no sound insulation, so we were constantly disturbed by the family next to us yelling in a foreign language and emptying their (presumably) bugspray in a desperate attempt to fight off their own cockroach(es). The only saving grace was that the reception lady was kind of nice and that the mattresses and pillows seemed to be new and without bedbugs. P.S. There was an aircon in our room and you will want to use it, cause our room was situated next to two other aircon exhausts and also had a fancy mini fridge (for some reason), turning the place into a sauna. We decided not to, since seeing the state of the hotel we did not trust the aircon filters to be properly cleaned.

I'd say that this hotel is not pretent to have any star. It has 3 layers of carpets on the floor, and for some reason, the manager is not able to replace it. So one carpet looks scary - they just put one more layer above it. Rooms are spacy, and bed linen is not bad. I found pelow not useful at all and not comfortable. Mattress is not bad, but I wasn't able to find a comfortable position to sleep well. It has a huge 75-inch Samsung TV without subscriptions, but you can use your own. Cleaning exists, but really bad. You will find a huge layer of dust on the window and even someone's fingerprints on the glass. The shower really needs a renovation. Overall, the shower is super functional with a digital thermometer, which shows the real-time temperature of the water. The floor in the bathroom was with some layer of soap, which glued to your slippers ( yes, you have to bring them). In the wardrobe you will find only one useful thing if you wear pants. So it's more like a joke. One wall lamp wasn't functioninal. And it's very close to the airport terminal and Lidl or Mercadona. Electric sockets are just near your head. Functional, but it's shouldn't be like that. If you leave window open at night - expect very loud airplane departures and the smell of the petrol gases.

Cockroaches. Seeing a Cockroach just as we opened the door made the whole night very not relaxing. We booked in this hotel because of the proximity to the airport but it was definitely not worth it as we couldn't sleep well anyway. The whole place is just very poorly maintained: The entrance lights were flashing heavily (because broken). The carpets leading to the rooms were all broken up and balls of hair and dust were occasionally laying around. The room itself was not the one we booked. The nice reception lady told us they were out of rooms and gave us a larger "family room" (for us and the Cockroaches?). Inside the room it looked like effort was made to provide a clean bed and clean materass. However everything around it was visibly very old and worn down. The sound insulation was basically null as throughout the night we could clearly hear all our room neighbors talking, using the sink or the toilet.. Stomping sounds could be heard through the cealing (I assume the other guests did not enjoy the cockroach company either). Finally, the room was quite warm because of the mini-fridge and some AC exhausts right next to the window. Although the room did have an AC we preferred not to turn it on. After seeing cockroaches (a bad hygiene indicator) we did not trust the airconditioning filters to be properly maintained.

This hotel is like an episode of the twilight zone. The decoration is so weird and awful and, at the same time, fascinating. The hotel is next to the airport, so for one night sleep without needing to shower (or if you enjoy cold showers) is doable. The hotel staff are very nice, I would rate them 8/10 Decoration and atmosphere wise, is a 1/10. The bedroom was big but horribly decorated with one carpet over the other everywhere. It smelled like old and moist, probably because of the carpets. The beds were comfortable and had an amazing 75-inch tv: Score :4/10 because of the smell. The bathroom was big, and they even provided a sewing kit and toothbrush. However, the seemly sophisticated shower never provided hot water, and we couldn't have a shower as it was a cold day. According to the shower, the maximum water temperature provided was 28C. Score: 2/10 as you cannot have a proper shower.

The worst stay. Please consider other options, to add to what all other reviews stated, there was a flood, and all carpets were wet I didn’t even take off my shoes. I arrived super later and I had a very early flight so couldn’t make other arrangements. I will have to say that the staff was friendly.

No phones on room, dangerous, what if there is an emergency. All the white marble was elegant. The staff were really kind and helpful. The neighborhood was walkable 2 supermarkets if you have a family and need food and or diapers. Also, I had the best hamburger cooked from a Chinese woman, no cheese just delicious. For only €4., Better than Burger King and Mc Donald's. I actually won €30 on their slot machine as I was waiting. There is a metro station right there. They get many people from the airport that need a quiet place to sleep.

We booked this hotel last minute from the airport as we missed a connection. We arrived late at night, could not fault the staff, service was excellent. The room was really large comfortable and well equipped with all complimentary toiletries. Would definitely use again.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Valencia due to its proximity to the airport, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The room was clean and nice, the 24-hour front desk was helpful, and the price-to-quality ratio was good. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport.

The doors squeak and they let lots of noise though. There's a LIDL just beside it, but the neighborhood isn't too nice. It's a 7 min walk to the airport and therefore it makes sense to sleep there. Expect no comfort, it's a logistical decision.

The place is dirty, smells very bad and the bed sheets have weird spots on them. On the other hand the TVs are huge

Low quality breakfast, always out of stock of any good. Dirty rooms and extremely dirty corridor carpets. Bottleneck while doing the check in (15 m waiting)

We almost died there. And they didn’t refund us. The ceilings were collapsing above our heads for a flood in the middle of the night, the water was falling from the lit chandeliers and they didn’t warn us of that situation. We ran away to the airport, they told to Booking that they offered us another accomodation and it was not true, as we didn’t spoke to anyone that night cause they were cleaning the hall and not helping anyone of the guests!

The engineering communications are very worn out, the building is in disrepair, it is very strange how this hotel has the appropriate permits. The plumbing in the showers is of poor quality and works disgustingly, there are multiple traces of leaks on the ceiling.
