Booked the hotel for 7 nights for 915 euros to celebrate my diploma. the booking, the offer was with breakfast, but for some reason, in the end, the hotel told me that I didn’t have breakfast. On their website, at a similar price, the same offer with breakfast. After talking to the manager, I was offered breakfast for 10€ instead of 15€. And a superior room with a balcony. The room was VERY dirty (attached some photos), a lot of dust and marks from previous customers. I asked to clean it, but even after cleaning, in bathroom, there were pieces of something red on the wall, black hair, plaque in the bathroom (I hope not to get infected with something). Despite the fact that the room needs repair (cracks, stains, holes all around). In conclusion, I was very unpleasant today when I came for breakfast, they attacked me as if they were waiting, knowing my room number, after which when I left breakfast they again attacked me as if I wanted to run away to pay right away. During breakfast, I asked if I could take some food into the room as I was sick and with a temperature, they told me that there were no problems, when I left, they unpleasantly indicated that I could not take fruit. I feel offended as a lawyer, for my own money. In normal hotels, such an attitude towards the client is not allowed. P.S. there is no tea/coffee in the room (is it 4 stars?), there was no soap. no conditioner and body cream (as it should be in 4/5 star hotels)

Probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in a decade. The hotel needs huge renovation; there’s no way it’s a 4-star hotel. I saw at least 10 broken or cracked tiles, and 2 were in my bedroom. We found silverfish in our bathroom— it’s an insect that if you accidentally bring home, it can damage your apartment and negatively impact the price of your house. The toilet paper is maybe of the worst quality; it breaks with just a little bit of liquid— even the public toilets have better toilet paper than this hotel. The room was very smelly when we started the air conditioning. The staffs were not super friendly and would avoid any extra work to help the guests. Overall, it’s a hotel with very little love and passion to make it a welcoming place. We had to switch hotel in Valencia to make our stay more enjoyable. It doesn’t deserve its 4.2 star Google rating & 4 star hotel rating. I hope more attention can be spent on making this hotel livable.

When we first stumbled upon this hotel on booking com, it seemed almost too good to be true. There were a catch - photos didn't show it well, but the hotel definitely needs some renovation, WiFi is terrible (unusable in most rooms) and rooms are very noisy, at least these located in the front part. The good things about the hotel is that rooms are spacious, so is bathroom. Also the breakfast provides a various choice of local and European food. The worst part is the staff that is very inhospitable, especially at the restaurant. This year I stayed in dozen hotels, and this one was one of the worst, I would not recommend the place for any stay in Valencia, You can get much better than that given Your location.

Honestly, i can not tell you about the hotel itself, but I can tell you about a lady who represented the Silken chain of accomodations at the hotel frontdesk on 3th of February at 14:30. As everybody knows, we are living hard times caused by the Covid pandemic situation. We recently moved to Valencia and have been visiting a flat for sale, to buy it for ourselves. It was located near this hotel, and as a woman I felt very bad, because I definitely had to visit a toilet. Everything was closed, but the real estate agent advised us to go to the hotel, ask permission to use their bathroom. Sounded good to us, until we faced a lady at the frontdesk, whose behaviour I can not describe. When she understood what me (as a lady and potential future guest)  wanted to do, she became very, very aggressive and started to yell, and wanted to kick us out of the lobby. With my husband we are travellers of higher class, and also we have business related to many luxury hotels in the world, so we knew how to react. We asked for a supervisor. The lady became mad...She told us that she is the supervisor, her name was Ana if i can remember and if i want i can write to the central office a complaint because anyway they don't have a contact email address. ( By the way it is true). Don't misunderstand me. If she explained to me the Covid situation in a nice way, we should have understood that... That was the story. This is also the truth about people needing work in Spain. It is a lie. Couldn't the hotel manager not find a nice, professionally skilled lady at the frontdesk, instead of that ..."lady" ? It can be explained in many ways, but this is not my problem anymore. Anybody is planning to visit Valencia, better contact me and I can help to find a better place to stay free of charge:)

Firstly it's a great location and as birthday gift for my wife and a nice looking hotel as in online photos etc. We asked about upgrading the room on arrival (Tuesday) but told it was not possible as they were fully booked. But... Room was very street noisey possibly due to the huge broken cracked window unit..which i would have thought was a serious health and safety issue considering we were 2 floors up (see photo). The bathroom sink plug was broken and would not stay sealed.(see photo) We also came across a nasty looking insect in the bathroom which had to be destroyed.(see photo). The fridge in the room did not work and drinks were barely chilled. The laminate flooring in the bedroom had a huge gap which needed to be avoided when walking around the bed.(see photo). Overall not 4* quality a let down was expecting so much more.

Very good breakfast and professional staff. Clean and organized. No hair conditioner is provided. Don't count on kleenex or iron or coffee maker or microwave in Europe. Windows don't seem to block street noise very well but slept my best with earplugs so, no complaints. TV remote quite basic but ok since I did not watch much TV. All in all very good!!!!

I would put 3.5 stars if it was possible. The rooms were great, and the breakfast was okay, nothing special. However, it was a bit far from the center.

This is a good hotel, very well located in the city with great staff, I had stayed there previously and will again. My only issue is that the rooms are not well sound proofed, on this visit my neighbour watched TV at a very high volume into the early hours and it felt like it was in my own room. I had an issue at check in when the receptionist could not find my reservation, the system showed it had been cancelled. Thankfully the issue was resolved quickly and professionally, although arriving at 10pm I may have had a problem if the hotel had been full!

Rooms were larger than normal, didn't use any services except for bkfst, and don't know about the location as our tour guide used a bus to tour us around and the places we went to, didn't seem that far from the hotel, but I could be wrong about that, as when one travels by bus, vs walking or using metro, it is different. The city of Valencia is very nice and has many places to see, as do most of the cities in Europe. As for the bathroom, it was larger than most, but a typical shower/tub combo with a high tub edge that people have to crawl over to get in and out, and less than half the length of the tub for the glass partition to keep water in the shower and not all over the floor, which is pretty useless, as it doesn't do the job, since the glass doesn't cover enough length, unless u just take a bath. I keep saying that one of these days someone is going to fall and possibly die due to falling, since none of these hotels have had any grab bars to hold onto when getting in or out, and maybe if someone is young they r able to do it, but as one gets older, it gets harder and is very easy to slip and fall, and I am very surprised that these hotels still have high tub edges with no grab bars. They should all convert to low step showers. Yes, it is expensive to do so, but just one lawsuit (at least in the states), could bankrupt you! And even if Europe doesn't have to worry about that, it is just better and certainly easier for most people to shower. Anyway, that's my opinion!

Nice hotel for a weekend stay. Good location (everything you’ll want to see is within a 20-30 minute walk) and the front desk team was very friendly. The bar tender was not very friendly however, which is my only complaint. He seemed unhappy to be there. The breakfast was good.

I like this centrally located hotel and its amenities. The hotel restaurant served us a tasty three course paella dinner one night. The cocktails were refreshing especially the renowned Valencia cocktail.

Not a bad hotel for a short work trip, decent choice of breakfast, hot and cold options. The rooms were modern and clean..wouldn't mind if I had to stay here again...

Wonderful hotel. Quite central if you are thinking of meandering through the old town. Ideal with on-site parking. Loved the washed windscreen gimmick - much appreciated 👍

We were missing an electric kettle in the room. That said, we could get hot water from the bar at the lobby. The location is good.

Spent one night and in the morning we literally run out in a rush because there was a cockroach 🪳 running around. Wanted a refund but the reception said we had to contact booking.com which we are awaiting reply from at the moment. They didn’t charge for the parking though. Basic room, small bathroom. View to the messy apartment block.

This hotel is spotless but it's too far out of town for us ....for eating out at night in either the old town & or the newer part of town as well, and I enjoy walking. We walk miles daily Maybe it ok in the summer months but in the winter it's too cold to venture that far again a few miles when you have already walked it earlier in the day. The hotel menu is unimaginative. It doesn't change daily. Because of this limitation you can't spend every night eating in there. The hotel is quiet this time of year. It's Early Jan. Good covid measures in place. However limited staff seem to be on duty in bar & restaurant. The Rioja wine is very good at room temperature I must say that. But you must ask as if you don't you will get ice cold wine, which I'm not a fan of. There is parking with this hotel not easy to find when hotel is on an extremely busy road. It's limited parking that cannot be reserved. It's chargeable 12.50 euros and I believe that's why it attracts tourists. Trying to park in city is a nightmare every space is taken. Our room is big, comes with a fridge/mini bar - comfortable beds and the staff are pleasant enough. Valencia has lots to offer the historic buildings, parks, the shops, the architecture, the Arts and the Aquarium. This is our 2nd visit here but with so much of Spain to explore we will now be moving on to Zaragoza tomorrow then Santander. Which we are looking forward to.

Very big hotel. Staffs are friendly. The restaurant servea good food. The metro/bus is a bit far, so it's better to get there by taxi.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was big enough, there were 2 small but cozy armchairs, a desk and tv. They also arranged the room with some fake red rose petals on the bed, sweet surprise!

A very pleseant trip in Valencia. We stayed in a terrace room, which is very comfortable if you are a smoker. Breakfast is more savory than sweet, so if you like a sweet breakfast and your deal doesn't include it, I'd recommend to have it in one of the cute local bars around the hotel (or in the city center if you prefer chains). Rooms are clean and you can find a wide range of available toeletries like a shaving & dental kit, which is always very appreciated. Very good range of mini bar selection at a reasonable price. Elevators super slow :/

We booked a junior suite that was bigger than expected for less than £500 for 4 nights. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was clean. The breakfast is very good and there are plenty of choice of good from scrambled eggs to bread, fruits etc... Negatives: They charge £3.50 for a bottle of water (mini bar). It's a shame considering temperatures are very hot in the summer. No hair conditioner is provided The WiFi didn't work all the time, it worked 1 evening out of 4. The staff could be warmer, they barely smile... The location isn't the best, the city center is 15-20min walk (but taxis are cheap) The strong and annoying smell of perfume in the reception/lobby area 🤧

The room was pretty big and clean. Location wise, there isn't as much going on in this area and we found ourselves travelling towards Russafa in the evening instead. Decent but nothing exceptional.

Lovely hotel and near bus stop. Only thing the air con was switched off when i came back from my morning exploration at about 11.20am. Since I was checking out at 12pm, I didnt bother to enquire about it.
