Really cool hotel! Highly recommended. Some things that I enjoyed are : - Super comfortable bed/pillows - Cleanliness - Amazing staff, reception and restaurant! Good communication! - The gym has enough equipment - Super tidy shower room, we’ll equipped with Shower gel, Hair shampoo and conditioner. Hair drier included - The room has storage with mini fridge, security locker, hangers, TV and many more utilities available! Thank you for the experience, the buffet had really good food, I was super happy to find Vegan alternatives, green juice, Oat milk, fruits and tasty coffee.

It's a really good hotel. Really nice beds, quite & relaxed ambiance, good service and a good bar/ restaurant. We booked a small room, it was really small (I guess it's a room for one person). My boyfriend is pretty long and his feet stuck out of the bed so we got a free upgrade to a bigger (en much more expensive) room. The location is great, and the food is delicious. We would stay here anytime if we went back to Valencia!

We were very impressed with this hotel. Better than we expected! The rooms were fantastic, very clean and spacious. The service at reception was great, very friendly and professional. Location is good, it’s in between the city and the beach, like 15 min in a taxi for both. The staff were brilliant, special mention to David the bartender. He made us feel very welcome! We will definitely be back when we are next in Valencia.

One of the best hotels in Valencia! Great staff great service. Everyday a clean bed and clean towels and great service in the room. I think 10 minutes from the middle center of Valencia and 15/20 min from the beach. So it’s a perfect location to stay. I recommend room 1002 (for 3 people it’s perfect) (it’s in the basement with 2 bedrooms and 2 airconditioning coolers) Bike rental in the hotel Also good taxi service. Overal 5 stars Breakfast is excellent! And diner also (try the hamburger) 😍

Nice food. Nearly the only one restaurant (I mean not bar) in this area. BUT their "Russian salad" is totally non-russian. And there were no tuna in my portion of this salad.

We would like to send the two receptionists who were on duty 9th October 2pm for their outstanding kindness to us. We could not find a room anywhere and had been tramping the streets for hours late into the early hours. We had the last room booked here but sadly missed it as it took us too long to get there, These two wonderful people found us a room at another hotel and the lady kindly drove us there. During our stay at the hotell, 14-15 july 2021, we have misplaced "Nøffisen", Piglet or Porquito. The small pink pig friend of winnie the pooh. He's been a member of our family the past 14 years and we love him truly. He's probably off at the laundry's together with the bed sheets but in case he's not I'm hoping anyone who sees him contacts me. Finders fee

The staff are amazing and the bar/coffee area is excellent and stylish but the accommodation is the worst I have ever experienced.. I could not sleep because of the noise of other guests and the pillows and bed were not comfortable, the smallest room for 2 people with no utitlies inside, only a TV and toilet/shower in a very cramped space without a view.. also we were told there would be parking but we had to park the car 15 mins away from the hotel. Quite an exhausting experience overall. Shame because the staff are so nice.

I was at Malcom and Barret for 9 nights in August. This place is wonderful, I am very fussy when it comes to services but the staff here is the most polite and professional I have seen in a 3 stars hotel. The room very clean, also cleaned everyday by the cleaners. The breakfast was not included but it only cost €9.5 per head and the selection is big enough to satisfy everyone's taste. Also kids under certain age don't pay for it (mine was 6). The coffee!! Absolute joy. The restaurant is cozy, modern decorated and the food is delicious. 10% discount for hotel residents apply at all times. This is my first ever holiday not to be ruined in a way by my accommodation. Also I never write this long reviews, but I could write even more for this place. Valencia is a must visit place, clean, people are cool and relaxed, architecture is amazing, plenty to visit. M&B is my forever hotel when I visit Valencia. Thank you M&B, Marius T.

Wonderful surprise. Seafood paella for one available, unlike most restaurants in Valencia where you have to order for a minimum of two. Cosy restaurant, modern and classy. Good soundtracks playing, Jack Johnson, Police. The waiters are very professional and nice. Gracias Emilio! Seafood Paella for one costs 12,50, and tastes amazing.

We choose this hotel because of the parking, which was full when we arrived, we had to park some blocks away. It’s located far from the main attractions. The room was poorly ventilated and there was a strong chemical perfume smell. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious enough and quiet. The staff where friendly and helpful.

Hotel like a hotel, clean and delicious. The most important thing about this hotel is the people. Mr. Miguel at the reception, despite the complicated invoice and delegation documents, gave us as much time as we needed to prepare everything correctly. He reported our difficult case with openness and a smile on his face. If someone doesn't know what Hospitality is, they should learn from Miguel. Well Done

I was a one night guest, and booked room few hours before arriving, the mobile only price was around 120 € with breakfast in the high season. So I received an small room but equipped with a drink offered by hotel. Comfortable queen sized bed, clean, TV, refrigerator, safe, desk, small shelf, hair dryer, amenities, clean bathroom, good shower, without bidet. For dinner I ordered 🥘 Paella valenciana , it was so so salty which at the end I couldn't eat it and send back to the kitchen. Also if you are so hungry I need to mention that it's not a generous dish. However, I need to strongly mention the professional behaviour and performance of staff. When I returned the dish they tried to offer me another dish but I did not any more appetite for that, they did not charge me and confirmed that the food was in a wrong amount salty and they offered me some sweets in case of becoming hungry at night as I did not have dinner. Breakfast was very good, fresh, good quality and good variety. Hotel has parking but it was full, how ever there are enough parking space around hotel. It had good access to public transport and by 25 min walk you may arrive to center of city. Hotel has wheelchair access.

Great location outside of main city. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Bus route for the city outside €1.50! Plenty of free parking in roads outside hotel. Would stay next time in Valencia. Considering that it is on the main road it was very quiet. Thank you.

Loved this hotel. I had a last minute change in my original accommodations and booked this Hotel day of. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They upgraded my room and I had the most comfortable king size bed. Really helped after my traveling! The bar was a pleasant environment and had really delicious food. Try the seafood paella! Great location in Valencia, bus stop right out front!

Pretty good for a three star hotel. The room was clean and tidy, employees were friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant work late hours. Breakfast was just ok (not much variety to it), but overall pleased with everything.

The staff was amazing. From the beginning to the end. I spoke to one of the staff in the beginning requesting a room for my mum as she was extremely on her due to flight delays and others and tiredness. I asked if I can get a room before check in and they did everything they can and it was great.

The person on the desk made it possible tot get a room for me my wife and child on 5 a clock in the morning because the other hotel where we have booked (B&B) did not changed our arrival and that's why we could not sleep there. So many thanks tot thé person who helpd me.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this quiet hotel. We love walking so it was a perfect location for us. It took us half an hour to walk to the old town and the same for the new town. The hotel itself is modern and the rooms were clean. The only improvement I suggest is frequent cleaning and mopping of the bar and restaurant area as the flies were unbearable at times! If it weren’t for the flies I would have definitely given this hotel a 5 star rating. On a positive note, Spirid at reception was super welcoming and helpful. Laura, Elena, Francisco and Mateo at the restaurant were friendly and provided excellent service. Muchos gracias to them for making our stay memorable!

Very nice hotel, the staff was great, good food. On our last day, the staff prepared a picnic for us, because we had breakfast included and we had to check out very early. We loved Valencia, the energy was great, we had the Best vacation and we hope to return soon. From România with love.

We didnt have a reservation, and Malcom & Barret was the first hotel we saw as soon as we drove in Valencia. We just walked in asked if they still had rooms available and they did. The guy at the reception was so nice, and asked if it was our first time in Valencia and it was, so he gave us a map and took his time to tell us were everything is in Valencia, and wrote it down on the map. The room was a bit small, but it was clean, and the bed was SO comfortable! We loved it, the staff was really nice and friendly, room was clean, comfy bed, and the location was also nice. Thank you Malcom & Barret!

This is an average hotel that is further away from the city center than it looks on a map, with not very good access to public transit. But my main issue was that I stayed here 4 nights, and every single night when I came back to the hotel, my key card didn’t work. Every. Single. Night. I had to go to the front desk every night to get access to my room. This happens occasionally at other hotels, but maybe once every 10 nights or so. But this time, every night. Maybe I’m just unlucky. But key cards should be able to withstand the hardships of being in my pocket all day, near my wallet, and in the opposite pocket from my cell phone. But even so, they should be resistant to whatever magnesium your cell phone emits, because, you know, it’s 2023 and everyone has cell phones these days.

Rooms are a bit old fashioned and a little bit dated. Cleaning is medium quality. The water flow in the shower is poor. There is no possibility to put your personal shower gel in a comfortable way in the shower area. No way to make a room warning.... The WC area is really small. Service and check in are ok. The staff are always kind and professional. Breakfast is good enough. Rate cost/supply not so good. At night it is not easy to find external parking if the hotel park is fully booked.

A nicely done hotel Rooms were cute and very clean (quite small though) Employees were welcoming and helpful The food was very disappointing; I ordered Pad Thai which was sadly the worst one I ever had (it barely had any noodles, mainly consisted of red cabbage, raw onions and way too much soya (basically a raw vegetable and soya soup). I got cheese cake for dessert to try to get rid of the soya taste but it was half frozen (you could see ice flakes at the bottom). Location isn’t that great but it’s not too far from the centre

I had overall good experience here. The negative part is that it's very loud in the rooms. I was hearing even the conversations from the other rooms. The rooms are big and comfortable. The bed, pillows and the shower amazing. On reception are very charismatic guys, we had very professional and friendly service by Alberto (hopefully this is the correct name). He gave us free upgrade and helped with information. Recommend it 👌

Amazing staff but the rooms are less than ok. Couldn’t sleep from the noise because the walls are paper thin. We could hear the conversations from the neighboring rooms and can even hear the flush sound from the next room.

Can't fault this hotel! It is absolutely fantastic value and the staff provide an excellent level of service. Made my stay in Valencia very relaxing. The hotel is clean, has an amazing aesthetic, provides a good quality bar/restaurant and very fast wifi. The gym is pretty decent. Rooms can be a bit noisy and useful to know they don't include a kettle.

Had a great 3 night stay here. It’s a bit of a walk to town, but we didn’t mind. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and offered me to check-out late since I had a late flight. The small room is indeed small, but just for sleeping is totally fine. Would totally stay here again.

Great hotel in a great location - 20min walk into the centre and 20min walk to the city of arts and sciences. Hotel staff were always pleasant and personable, making the stay feel that extra special. The breakfasts are GREAT! Really set you up for the day of exploring. We stayed during Las Fallas festival and the staff had maps and tips on the festival, which was very helpful. The beds very comfortable, we’d love to return here if visiting again.

Gorgeous hotel with beautiful Restaurant and really good cuisine Really good Personal. We got a ticket for 8 free voyage with a metro. The room is absolutely beautiful, really no disturbing. Check out at 12h wich is great In the restaurant we waited around 10 mn to have a table and 30 mn to have the food. But it was worth it. Bus station 1mn dor the hotel

Fabulous hotel stayed two nights very comfortable beds and pillows, attentive staff and the food in the restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced a little way from the centre but on second day ordered a taxi back €6.00 also took the bus in for 4 people the same price would definitely stay here again and very good value for money.

We stayed at the Hotel. Which is just perfect with this Restaurant. We went there every night and got never disappointed by the food or drinks. The crew is speaking english as well, so communication is not a problem. The service is fast and they pay attention. If you are close to that area you shouldn’t miss this Restaurant. But one thing, they should give MARCO a raise. He worked there in the morning and in the night and in between. :) Muchas gracias a todos

Absolute recommendation! Good value for money with everything you need for a short trip to Valencia. The staff is to be highlighted! We only asked for a city map and were given a brief introduction to the city with bus routes, opening hours, important sights and lots of good tips (many thanks Theresa!) The boss "Vito" in particular is infectious with his good mood and is particularly service-oriented. The breakfast was also great!

Great hotel in Valencia. Great value. Good restaurant and bar in the lobby as well. Near downtown and near the city of science and arts. Staff is super friendly. Easy parking outside the hotel for larger cars. Also parking available at the hotel (for smaller cars). Can only recommend.

This Hotel Malcom and Barret is even much better than I expected. Very good rooms with big comfortable beds. Convenient bathroom with all necessary things like : hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner and even magnifying mirror. The staff was very polite and helpful. Very good breakfast with big choice of food . The only small minus for me was a bit distant from the center location. It takes approximately 30 min on foot to the center. The rest was perfect!
