Was great quality service and room for the price. We had a very early flight and taxi service was arranged at a great price. Clean, friendly and professional. We definitely will be staying again when needed and will be recommending to friends.

I'm sick and tired of the very rude and arrogant old man at the counter just checked in. Get the staff trained right. The old man's manners and attitudes worse than a motel will linger in my mind for the rest of my life. I made a reservation and paid in advance through the Booking. com, and went to the hotel, but the senior staff insulted me like a lazy interrogation on the grounds that the reservation had yet to be confirmed. It was an indelible disgraceful experience all my life and I felt so bad that I couldn't sleep, nor did I get an apology. It is still incredible and shameful that such awful-mannered hotel is a four-star hotel. I've been impressed by the kind Spanish citizens and services I've been traveling to Spain for a month, but this experience has been a nightmare that will leave me scarred even after reversing good image.

Hotel close to the airport but you need to wait for the shuttle to get there or get a taxi because its on the motorway side. Rooms are simple. Bar/Restaurant only opens at 8 and there is no other alternative nearby.

The reason for picking this hotel was because of the free shuttle service to the airport. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Lots of road construction is going on all around hotel which makes it a little hard to find. There is nothing really close for walking to eat or shop. There are no normal luggage carts inside of the hotel. We had an extreme amount of luggage, so the gentleman at the front desk said he'd make an exception. He brought us a dollie similar to what you might move furniture with. We were not able to get the luggage and the dollie into the lift at the same time.

If you are in and out, and you prefer to be close to the airport, this is the perfect hotel for you. Highway access, but the insulation is very good, you font hear that. You only hear the airplanes when they land, but that happens fast. The service was really good. The rooms very clean and comfy. Only thing missing is something to make a tea a coffee in the room, if you are in a rush, and don't have the time to go to the restaurant. Highly recommended!!

Overall, nice hotel. Location is very convenient if you have an early flight. Staff are very cordial. Rooms are big, are well tidy, and have many commodities. Regarding rooms however some improvement is needed: hair dryer needs updating, it's weak, and nor easy to use; my room was on the first floor and just after reception and I heard everything during the night (from guests arriving to hotel staff organising their duties) and did not sleep well. Breakfast was very good. Fitness room has transparent letters, which would be fine, but considering that it is the first thing you notice when you get in, I don't find it very appropriate. Having said that, I would definitely come back but would demand a different room.

"paper walls" you will hear everything happening in the hall, so be prepared for that. Noise from airplanes and busy roads are muted by windows pretty ok. The location is good. Taxi fare is 10 euros to the airport. Literally 5 min drive. If you have a car, there is parking in front of the hotel for free. Avoid restaurant. Overpriced and disgusting. Better use Uber eats delivery or walk for burger king (yes, even burger king is better than the serving at a restaurant). No free water in the rooms, so make sure you have one. No kettle in the rooms, tea is 5 euro in the restaurant). Shampoo and body wash there, ladies - no hair conditioner.

Great experience. Very clean and spacious rooms, right across from the airport. The shuttle service to/from airport is convenient however bear in mind it only operates 6am to 10pm. Breakfast was basic, but OK for a one day stop. Overall very positive if you need to stay near the airport, good value for money.

Good location and free shuttle was welcome. Good food in the cafe/restaurant. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty to choose from. Staff were were helpful in all areas. An improvement would be to have a drinks service in the outside areas. Only other issue is that the ramp into reception is too steep for most people, particularly disabled, and disabled people are limited to the reception area as everywhere else has steps to it.

Cool place with great location. The staff is friendly and very attentive! It’s a regular hotel to the looks of it though but more than enough opportunities for eating out and a late restaurant and bar at the hotel itself. :)

My family and I spent two pleasant nights there. Breakfast was great as well the formal dining area. Some staff were helpful and others quite do not understand what I was looking for. A tax-free receive for foreigners.

Lovely hotel, fabulous staff with lots of advice about things to do in this fabulous city. Airport shuttle service is excellent and saves a bit of a messy walk with luggage. Short walk to the Metro. Generous, clean, modern rooms. Very quiet despite being on a main road opposite the airport. Dinner, bar and breakfast were all very good. Highly recommended.

After getting bumped on a flight, I needed a place to stay for a few ours till my 6am flight. The hotel is clean and the rooms well maintained. One issue with the room is the lack of ANY plugs/outlets next to the bed, which is ridiculous not to have. Secondly, not exactly the hotels fault, but be aware that I almost missed my flight because of the flooding in the streets and construction around here. No taxi was able to make it to the airport. We all had to carry our luggage and run to the airport from the airport.

Really nice clean hotel in excellent proximity to the airport. Spacious room with comfortable beds and well designed bathroom. Lovely pool and good onsite facilities

Bar and staff were excellent. Bar food better than some restauramts. Communcation at front desk was a little challenging but ok. Parking across street from hotel in covered secure area. Pool too small for hotel size.

Very nice service at the reception and the rooms were clean. Good to know: - The restaurant opens only at 8pm. There is nothing but a snack machine available from 4pm to 8pm.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Port Azafata Valencia though it was only one night. We arrived late and the receptionist was hospitable and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel also offered a shuttle bus to the airport which was an excellent service. Above all the hotel exceeded my expectation and I will definitely recommend it to everyone!

Hotel is very close to the airport and has a shuttle service. There is an underground station to the city centre within walking distance. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Correct pricing.

Good : Great Hotel , near the Airport , Calm و room was great , clean , very good air-conditioning . system staff was very good . free Transport to the Airport . Bad : the location was in not good area and 10 minutes walking for the metro the pool is very small ( just for one person or maybe too ) - the gym it's only cardio but NO Bodybuilding machines for workout .

Close to airport ( end of runway ) and main road but with window shut no issues with noise. Nice decor. Very clean. Good sized room. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. A pint of beer with bowl of nuts only 3 euros. Restaurant full with large party but adjacent snack bar good. Very handy shuttle included in price which was excellent at 63 euros for Sunday night.

Excellent experience. Beautiful spacious and clean room. Staff in the bar was excellent and the food quantity was great too. Every staff member I encountered went the extra mile to helpful and courteous. Short shuttle ride to the airport and reasonable walk to the metro. Best place I’ve stayed in Spain 👍🏽👍🏽.

Room 301, paid for upgrade to get jacuzzi bath in bathroom, jacuzzi was great everything else just went down hill, we had to change are room key card over 10 times due to it just not opening the door. We then were blown away by how big the smart TV was, however it wasn't allowing WiFi to work on the TV so we had yo use are own Internet in order to even make the TV worth while. Disappointing, also we had a power cut many times also. The restaurant was hit and miss the food came out cold. Apart from that it was a good distance from the airport but a disaster to walk there.

Hotel is ok. Comfortable rooms and pleasant service. Situated along a main road and opposite the airport. Architecture with U-shaped courtyard facing the airport seems an odd design choice as it amplifies the noise. You can walk from the airport to the hotel, but it's about 15 minutes, 5-10 minutes to metro. Because of the circuitous foot path to the airport and distance from metro there are choices with better accessibility for less money.

The old man in reception desk should be retired!!! Although I have booked this hotel through booking.com, the old receptionalist asked to me what is going on about oline booking. However he should explain to me because he is just a receptionist in a this accomodation.

It's a great hotel

One of the very few 4 star hotels that I was really unable to find drawbacks.Check in time minimum, reception staff more than very friendly. The environment was way too relaxing from the moment we stepped in.Rooms were very tidy and spacious. Minibar was full of snacks and drinks. Bathrooms spacious and modern , beds very comfortable, I loved the fact that the rooms view is in the hotel veranda and the windows were non see through. Next overnight in Valencia Azafata will surely be number 1 in my check in list !!! 🙏

Despite being only 500 metres from the airport very quiet internally. Excellent meeting rooms and very attentive staff and management. Good restaurant and bar. Rooms are very clean and a very high standard of fixtures and good bathrooms.My second visit and would return again for business trips.

Not ideal. I booked this specifically for its free shuttle services and breakfast. As I had to be at the airport at 5 am, I ended up having to pay $10 Euros for a cab - their shuttle service doesn't begin until much later in the morning. No breakfast offered this early, either - even coffee. All items in the mini fridge (even bottled water! and the tap water tasted oddly sweet!) came with a price tag. Noise from the road was terrible, and the walls were super thin. I woke up at 2 am from another guest's door closure. The redeeming feature was the staff: they were super accomodating. There's an Ibis up the road for $39 Euros that I probably should have chosen. I would not return here.

Hotel was average. We had a room next to a side entrance and the walls are thin. So we heard it whenever someone came in. The hotel does have a restaurant that opens at 8:00 pm. We ate in the bar area and the food was good (see pix) and priced ok for a hotel. The staff were great. They put up with our limited Spanish and we were able to communicate. Close to airport but the shuttle starts at 6:00 am so if you have an early flight, you'll have to take a taxi. Taxi was overpriced for the distance. 10 euros for about a half a mile.

The room (302 ) was lovely , the bed very large and comfortable , the bathroom was good . But the room needs much more sound insulation from the busy road , I didn't sleep much. The breakfast was very very disappointing. The bacon sausage was absolutely disgusting.

Very poor hotel. Maximum 2stars but for sure not 5*. One night for single room 96€ is quite too much. Room is very bad condition and needs renewal. No shuttle bus at night- first bus at 6am only. The airport is 15-20min away by foot. I don’t recommend this hotel. Find a better!

Stayed in July 2022. It might be on an industrial estate but it's a great little hotel and the staff are fantastic!. You can walk from the airport but 15-20mins. I would stay with my family no problem.

This hotel is in need of updating but it is comfortable, clean and just 3 minutes to the airport (no flight noise during the night though)

Another good stay, arrived late so did not want dinner, but breakfast very good as usual.

Very decent hotel for a short stay due to its proximity from/to Valencia airport. The free shuttle service is a great asset ! I was welcomed by Carmen, she was so nice to me. Actually all front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. I even received a voucher for a glass of cava because I checked in online. The room is slightly outdated but well maintained and very clean. For the price you pay it was more than sufficient. The room has a locker and mini fridge. Breakfast buffet was very extensive. Lots of choice of warm and cold dishes. Juices , coffee etc. Highly recommended!

The staff was reallt nice, but there were no shampoos, conditioners in the room. Plus the other little facilities (shower cap, toothbrush etc) were only for 1 person. It was 2 of us... PS: you cannot walk there from the airport. Either take the shuttle of the hotel (which was very nice as it was free), or pay 12 Euros (like we did as we arrived very very late).

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Located close to the airport but you cannot walk there. Area is not for evening walks yet there's a huge plaza with stores, supermarket etc within 5min drive. Corridors and rooms smelled bad, like a toilet and smoke. Bathroom needs a refresher, lots of mold in the shower. We were on the first floor so whenever someone smokes outside the hotel it goes in.

I'm very impressed with this hotel, very clean and the staff are all very professional. 5minute check in, lovely room, dinner was amazing. The price is very reasonable for such high standard! It has a small gym and a nice pool too.

Nice hotel near Valencia's airport. Good food in the restaurant, good price to sleep and to eat.

An old-fashioned four-star hotel, clean, quiet, and very close to the airport. I want to give the receptionist María at the front desk a five-star service review. She is so friendly and lovely. She helped me solve a big problem. I will stay here again next time when I come to Valencia.
