A fantastic place to check-in with Family. Staff is polite, well mannered and always ready to assist. I'll list down my experience in sections. 1) Location and Accessibility - Easy; the location on Google Maps is accurate. The hotel is situated just beside the Ranchi airport runway. 2) Rooms - Decent, comfortable and clean rooms. Toilets are well maintained. 3) Restaurant - Located on 5th floor. Best part, one can see planes landing and taking off while sipping a cup of tea/coffee. It's really something we usually don't see quite often. Last, but not the least, foodies corner... The restaurant serves "veg food only". No nonveg. The menu has almost all the "vegetable derivatives" of the usual non-veg foods, like veg seekh kebab, veg biriyani and other similar abominations... But, there's still a ray of hope for non-veg lovers. A limited spectrum of chicken and egg dishes are served only in rooms. This restaurant is very nice. The management system , food , behavior , and all the staff here are polite and friendly .🤗 You can come here to celebrate friendship party, birthday party. Everything here is very good.

Rooms are specious...but noisy... No regulator for fan.. Himalayan cool ac but .... No effect... No dental kit... Transport facility was disastrous..please dont rely.. Breakfast buffet... Was not at all good... Water like sambhar... Machine Tea.. Only good

I had a pleasent stay at this property in April 2023. The hospitality and prompt service was really something to be appreciated. The room was spacious, well lit and above all neat & clean. Every required item was in place and the response by the room service staff was very prompt. The view from the rooftop restaurant is so calming & beautiful. The hotel is strategically positioned at a 2 mins drive from the airport and also a 10 min drive to the main areas of the city. The check in was very swift and the infrastructure was well maintained and upto the mark. The behaviour of each & every staff was courteous & polite. The area is very peaceful and there is ample car parking space. I am surely coming back to this hotel on my next visit to Ranchi. Keep up the good work.

Convenient location very close to the airport - good view of the runway but the hotel is very noisy and dusty - no elevator as of now and the dining place is on the 5th floor. Breakfast spread is pure vegetarian NO eggs too. Staff is good. Could improve on cleanliness of rooms & lobby

The hotel is located in road and near to ranchi airport .....the hotel is beautifull and luxury...rates are good in comparison to the location and the room types and the facilities they served ...staff behaviour are good and its a family hotel ...full safe and neat and clean place...The resturant is also available in 5 floor but its is only veg resturant no non veg is served there...they can pick u from airports,rather you have to inform them..

I recently stayed at the Hotel Green Acres and had a great experience. The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The location was convenient to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar. We didn’t eat so I can’t rate the food, although others looked like they were enjoying it! We will come again!

This hotel environment is too good.. Every morning we can see sunrises near the window side.. Mind will be fully refreshed in the morning time.. It's locating near to the airport.. We can easily reach there.transportation and free parking also available.. Food also more hygienic and tasty. Highly recommended

Staff is very considerate to the guest requests and are humble and polite. Location is accessible specially if you want to stay near the airport. they provide free pick up and drop from the airport.

All of downtown may be reached by foot. Excellent ambiance in the hotel bar and dining area. Beautiful rooms. Others appeared to be enjoying the cuisine, but because we didn't eat, I can't comment on it. We'll return soon!

The staff at Hotel Green Acres were also fantastic. They were extremely friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to answer my questions and offer recommendations for things to see and do in the area.

The hotel is very close to the airport. Rooms are clean and decent, and the staff is courteous. The premises is generally used for transit travelers or for wedding guests. The hotel is vegetarian in general however they can be accomodative. They do get booked completely, especially during the wedding season, and booking ahead is advisable.

I had privilege to experience a different level of hospitality by the staff and management. The approach to the hotel from the airport takes few minutes. There is a pick,-up and drop facility. Clean, odour free well ventilated rooms with soft comfortable beds. Hot water availability 247. View from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. Arriving/departing aircrafts appear to be within hands' reach. All these at a very delicious food to fill famished stomach.

The mattress could have been better . The hotel seemed very stylish but the rooms were average . The complimentary food was great Dosa etc. everything was amazing . and location is just 500m from airport and they even have pick up and drop facility . thanks for that.

Worst Service Experience ever, It's worst place for party, Staff is not cooperative at all, decoration setup had to be done in open, beside the road, management is non-sense, non-coperative, they have hall of around 6 feet height, means a setup of normal party is not possible, no decor frames fit in their hall.

I suggest you to go in evening and plz see the timing of airplane ✈️✈️ take off or landing then you will experience amazing food with experienceing the take off of ✈️✈️..

Great place to stay. It has restaurant inside and a cake shop on ground floor overall complementary breakfast is very organised. The view of airport runway is seen from rooftop which is very eye catching. Every morning you can have breakfast like this

Have gone there for lunch, the location of the restaurant is simply awesome, too good, overlooking the Airport runway. Food was no.1,taste, quantity quality every thing was superb, only thing the lady taking the orders was like a jail warden, don't think in her lifetime, she have smiled ever.this over shadows the other good things. She was like in very big tension which she was transferring to the guests..she can at least be polite

I must say its an amazing place to be in. We recently had a wedding ceremony in here on 5th of feb. The way the staffs cooperated was amazing to see. The were upfront for every queries. Humble staffs, excellent service, reasonable rates, excellent taste of almost every dish they serve. I truly recommend everyone that they must give it a try.

Nice panaromic view just infront of the airport. The view while having breakfast on the terrace is breathtaking. Good place to chill... Market is also nearby just walking distance.

Excellent complementary breakfast, good variety with taste and hygiene. 1km distance from airport, to which they drop with a cab of their own, with no extra charge. Staff were also caring. Views from terrace were nice, esp the winds that used to flow at nighttime. 1word- Recommended!

Staff teams are not trained to attend the guests on their own which clearly depicts lack of training in service part. Overall the ambience is amazing which is why it attracts people to sit and enjoy meals in the open area or rooftop area. Food is also good. But service part plays a vital role.

Closer to airport facing the runway, rooms are good but pricy, they always tell rooms are fully booked but one premium room is available and force you to pick that pricy option if you are desparate and don't have time in hand to look for other options. Other than that staff are courteous, breakfast spread is limited but good taste and location wise very good for travellers.
