My
parents
and
I
have
always
been
customers
of
Rummele's.
The
shop
and
all
of
their
associates
have
always
been
wonderful
to
deal
with.
I
especially
need
to
commend
Steve.
On
two
separate
occasions
I
have
dealt
with
him.
The
first
time
was
to
try
to
find
valuation
information
about
a
bracelet
my
father
bought
my
mother
a
number
of
years
ago.
He
researched
it
and
was
able
to
find
the
purchase
information
for
me.
The
second
time
was
to
find
the
value
of
a
ring
which
belonged
to
my
grandmother
for
possible
sale.
Though
he
did
not
wish
to
purchase
it
for
the
store,
he
did
provide
me
with
an
estimate,
and
further,
sent
it
to
not
one
but
two
of
his
vendors
to
try
to
get
an
offer
on
it
for
me.
He
essentially
saved
my
Christmas
for
me
as
I
receive
SSDI
and
until
the
point
of
sale
did
not
have
the
funds
to
buy
my
family
gifts
for
the
holiday.
He
truly
went
above
and
beyond
to
assist
me
and
get
me
a
fair
sale
price
from
his
vendor.
Not
only
did
he
get
a
fair
price,
but
had
a
check
readg
for
me
the
very
next
day.
I
would
not
hesitate
in
the
slightest
in
going
to
him
for
assistance
in
the
future.
I
am
proud
to
said
that
this
jeweler
is
a
fixture
in
this
community,
and
would
recommend
them
to
anyone
for
quality
and
service.
