Food was fine, but staff were awful. My child fell off a stool and chipped her tooth. She was bleeding and screaming. Yet, not a single staff member came to check on us or even offer us ice! It was simply horrible!

Easy on and off from the highway and plenty of parking. The store offers counter or kiosk ordering and the staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered coffee and Sausage Egg McMuffins and the my were tasty and piping hot. When we finished our sandwiches we ordered sandwiches for the dogs and the dogs loved them. The store looks like it was recently remodeled and the decor was fun.

Mediocre, even for a McDonald's. Stood at the counter to get some sauce packets for 5 minutes, being ignored the whole time. Never did get them, and they got our order wrong.

One of the most efficiently ran teams I've ever seen, it was fun watching everyone work together so well. My Big breakfasts were prefect, biscuits delicious,not to dry and everything put together with care. Thank you

Placed a mobile order and went in to pick it up, was told they couldn’t find the order number and I needed my phone on me to get my food even though I entered on the app that I was already at the store and was told it was being made. So I had to drive all the way to get my phone and once I come back the order was suddenly already made and cold. Huge wast of my fu@king time and gas. I see why this is the sh’ttiest McDonald’s in kato.

3 meals took 20 mins. Oddly, I was refused a trey to carry our food to our table. The staff was too busy to get us napkins which wouldn't be an issue if they keep them behind the counter. This place is weird.

We ordered on app and went in to eat. Was sort of fast but had to wait for mayhe 10 mons. There were however some people waiting to get helped at the register that waited 15 mins to get help. No one even looked at them.

Drinks were not filled all the way. My son didn’t get his happy meal toy. That was probably the worst drive thru service I had at a McDonald’s and that’s saying a lot.

We stopped here for a meal and a bathroom break. Well my daughter forgot her phone in the bathroom. Realized this about an hour away. Called them and asked if I gave them money could they ship it. They one better than that and shipped it out same day. My daughter had our vacation photos on her phone. They made this girl's day. Thank you and greatly appreciated by my whole family.

The only downside is that it IS McD food, albeit of high quality and fully up to McD standards. Very clean, with excellent service.

Fast, friendly not as cheap as it used to be. Very convenient.

It don't matter what time of day I come here, the food is always hot and fresh. And the workers who work the drive-thru are so friendly. This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I really mean that!

Always nice location not too busy but have to give it and all the Mankato area mcds a big star reduction (maybe worth two...) for not carrying hot mustard sauce when most other locations across southern MN have it. Boooo

Got a ranch cup with half the cover caved in also no sauce in it. Employees don't care? Receipt from the drive through is printed so bad I can't leave a survey. Called and he apologized but I was already miles away and not going back. I go to this McDonald's every other month or so and there's always an issue! Skip it!
