I never leave bad reviews but this Dunkin always makes my drinks taste very watered down, and the drive thru staff are sometimes passive aggressive. I don’t order anything special (basic iced drinks) and I don’t deal with this issue at any other Dunkin

DEMOLISH THIS INCOMPETENT PLACE!!!!!! Last week, no doughnuts mid afternoon, today, very terrible low doughnut selection, self proclaimed by employee even. Put a krustys doughnuts there instead, or a Krispy Kreme, Ginny mays!!! Hy vee better than dd too!

I love Dunkin! My one complaint would be that they always seem to be out of the coffee donuts when I go through. :( They are SO good, so I understand why they're a popular item, but they need to start making more of them in anticipation of the volume of sales.

They have a great vanilla cream donut. Nice cozy spot with comfortable seating. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful.

Great donuts. Staff not very interactive. Went to the counter, not even a greeting or a "what can I get for you".

I bought a 6 pack of doughnuts. They were excellent. Fast service and very nice!

Dunkin is part of the daily routine! The staff is great here and always accurate on the orders.

Food was good and service was fast. They forgot my water or I would have given 5 stars. Several tables had crumbs on them, but otherwise clean and neat.

Donuts on point. Bagels on point, too. Their coffee isn't competitive to other coffee shops in the area, but is also decent if you don't want to make an additional stop. However, some constructive criticism to employees at this location. If the donut someone purchases has a glaze/topping/frosting, PLEASE stop putting them upside down on the bottom of the bag...it's not only annoying, and messy, but it's very wasteful of the customers purchase when it's a mess all over the bottom of the bag. Try wax paper squares, or something. It's completely unnecessary to ruin a pastry like that. Great location though. Very kind and efficient.

I ordered an egg and cheese wrap and by the time I was down the street and opening the bag I found that the egg in the wrap was cold and the slice of cheese was cold, not remotely warm or melted. And my boyfriend's egg and cheese croissant was the same. And this is not the first time, almost every time I go they get my order wrong whether it's giving me a different Bagel than I ordered or totally different flavor of Munchkins. I've given so many chances but I'm so tired of having to drive back to the drive-thru for them to correct my order or turn around and drive back to the shop just to have them fix it. I will not be going back to this location anymore

Showed up an hour and 15 minutes before they close. My mom went to walk in, doors were locked and both ladies just stared at her and waved her off. Not even the drive thru was open.
