this Restaurent is Discusting, if you can see my pictures no table was clean, the floor is dirty even the counter where the processes payments and put your food was Dirty. if i owned this place ill be pissed.

We love Chipotle but this experience was not good. Overflowing trash cans, food everywhere and very dirty bathrooms. We will try the Warren Street location next time. Usually this one by MSU is very good. If not, we will find other places to eat in Mankato.

The food was okay. The onions and jalapeños weren’t consistently cut with some being half inch squares. The staff was not friendly, however, behind me in line was an off duty employee and his friend. It was nice to see the staff interact with those two. The place was a mess. I was there for allay 30 minutes and I was surprised to see that the made no attempt to clean the lobby. Food cool. Cleanliness terrible.

What has happened with chipotle??? I was one of the first people there today and it was filllllthhhyyy....food all over the tables from the day before ...the doors when I walk in look like they have never been washed ....after I bought my food I thought better....it just went in the garbage. Could not even eat it d/t the lack of cleanliness of the bldg. It was seriously just gross. Unbelievable

Really bummed. Ordered online and completely got skimped on the portions. Has happened more than once. Amount of chicken and rice on the burrito could fit in the palm of my hand. Couldn't even get cheese or lettuce.

Rice is barley ever done, its always hard when i come. Customer service is great but the quality it not okay. Try your food before you serve. Rather it be extra time than have undercooked rice. Thats the main course

What a joke!!! Tried the new steak burrito and got 5 little stripes of steak so I asked for double meat!! Got to check out, asked for chips and cheese and my total came to $26.82!!!! Will never forget this one!! Let's just say, normally I can't finish the burrito... I finished it and was still hungry!!! Totally crazy!!

Super fast this day(was the only one in line🙂). Everything I wanted lay before me, waiting, wanting me to select it as my ingredient for the burrito of the gods. Always keep in mind though, the guacamole be extry. All servers played their roles to a 'T'. Ugh, just typing this review makes me hanker for a burrito now!!

Good food and friendly employees. It does seem like this location runs out of items pretty frequently but they are careful about following online orders pretty accurately

Beyond dirty. Every trash can was overflowing. Tables filthy. Rude employees who clearly wanted to be anywhere else. Disgusting patio. Just waiting to see mice or rats. Certainly not worth the money or risking your health.

Service were rude, i got the last scraps on the bottom of the pan even though new was made. 1 scoop if everything for price the value went down. Had the new steak was cold per husband. Rude comments this place has gone down!

The food was okay. There was meat in my cheese dip. The place was beyond dirty. Tastes over flowing, things on the floor and all the table were dirty. Service was okay. They were pretty nice.

The restaurant was absolutely trashed. There was soda all over the silverware and there were no straws, etc Other than that, product was good and service was fairly fast
