Store is clean and staff is friendly. On two separate occasions the store was closed during normal business hours.

The last 3 times I’ve tried to go into the store they’ve been closed and had a sign saying “unexpected changes in staffing” meaning everyone quit. Super frustrating that you advertise you’re open when not!

Miss Megan was a baby doll. Her customers service skills was on point. I will most definitely be back at this store. But at this store it seems that all the employees are so kind!

This is a nice craft store to get your craft supplies. I have no issues with this particular craft store but I wish the company would just list the items at their sales price right away, rather than "overprice" the item, wait a few weeks, and then drop the price I think it would drive people to come in more consistently to have that sales price right away. I hate walking in, seeing the price, and then walking out empty handed just to come back in a few weeks to get whatever I was looking for that is now at a more reasonable price.

Store hours are wrong... only open for 3 hours

I love that the staff is always interested in the projects that I am working on. They are so helpful with finding the discount and coupon's that work for my purchase. Love the wide variety of craft supplies they have.
