During my one-year residence, my experience with management, utilities, and amenities was less than satisfactory. Management seemed primarily focused on collecting money rather than working collaboratively to address concerns. Simple Bills, in particular, proved to be ineffective, resulting in consistently high bills and a lack of responsiveness to inquiries. The overall experience has left me disappointed, they have a lot of good reviews because they tell the residents to leave good reviews for a chance at a gift. Management only cares about getting the most money out of these college kids very sad to see

I really enjoy living here, the amenities are super nice to have! The hot tub is by far my favorite one! I also enjoy all the little events that quarters has!

The Quarters is the best place to live! I have lived here for three year! The amenities are amazing! I have aways had an amazing experience with the staff and they are always there to help!

Love loving here and the pool is super nice for when it’s warm and the hot tub is open year around so you can go in the winter! They also have fun evens throughout the year in the clubhouse.
