This place will be my place when I am in the area. Amazing coffee. We had white chocolate mocha with lavender w/ extra shot. Delicious It was beyond busy but the line moved fast.

This place is FANTASTIC. The coffee is outstanding and the decorations are really cool. They have all gender bathrooms and signs of equality all over. The staff is really nice and helpful. I had a Frozen Turtle Mocha & it was yummy! I would highly recommend. #SafePlace 🏳️‍🌈

We're from out of town/state but didn't want a big coffee place (we love supporting small businesses) and googled the closest one. Coffee Hag was cute, staff was great, coffee was tasty & kids loved their smoothies too. We'll definitely make our way back next time we're in town! ♡

Best coffee in town! They carry vegan options which is always a plus. Staff is super nice and welcoming. The owner is always in a great mood too. Been coming here for years and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. 🥰

Honestly loved this place. We're visiting from out-of-state and we are big coffee people. Really enjoyed my mocha and came back later for a drip coffee. Both were great and so was the biscuit egg sandwhich and the poppyseed muffin. Staff is very friendly, decor and seating are great and even the music is awesome. Also this place is very LGBTQ+ friendly.

Always enjoy it here but can’t believe I’ve never left a review here. The coffee’s always hit and I really enjoy their food options. The bowls of noodle always hits the spot.

I ordered an iced turtle latte, I'm a bit picky when it comes to coffee and I thought it was really good. Its not too sweet, nice balance of cream and coffee flavor. Also got a coffee cake and apple muffin, those were really delicious. Also got to mention how sweet the barista was, she was super friendly, polite, and helpful. I also really loved that the entire place was turned into an art piece by a local photographer!

Wonderful coffee thank you. They offered to make a traditional oat cappuccino for me. Loved the coffee. Menu items were sold out so had a pre-made humus wrap, delicious. Great service, dog friendly. Recommended.

Whenever I stop through Mankato I LOVE stopping by Coffee Hag. Try the chai latte! They make their own chai mix of masala spices in-house and it tastes so much better than other coffee houses that use a generic powdered mix. There’s ample seating and it’s a great hangout. Service is quick and friendly, and it’s a place where you can be your truest self.

First time in Mankato, and this is the first cafe I visited while waiting for my nephew taking ACT test at a high school nearby. Love the ambience here, very artistic. Great coffee & delicious breakfast. The breakfast burritos (with sour cream and salsa) and their egg & cheese are highly recommended.

This place was great!! Staff where incredibly friendly and really helpful in choosing a drink for me! The burritos where crispy and tasted amazing and it smelled so good with all the fresh baked pastries! The cafe also looked really cool and had great decor!

Everything about the Coffee Hag is awesome. Make sure to have Lavender added to your coffee. Definitely try the treats and the Quiche. Nummy!

This place is a Mankato staple for a reason! Very friendly atmosphere for when you want to slow down and have a good coffee experience that Caribou/Starbuck/Dunkin cannot achieve. The coffee is always good here, but I have to emphasize the hospitality of the staff here. While walking in Old Downtown on a hot day, we stopped in for an iced drink to cool off. After ordering, we realized neither of us brought a wallet to pay. Just as we were about to cancel our order and leave, the staff member gave us our drinks and told us to pay later (which of course we did). Very good business!

Great place where everyone is accepted and respected. Coffee's excellent and I had a great cashew egg salad sandwich. I wish I was hungrier because the soup today was squash. It's one of my favorites.

Loved this place so much. I'm new to Mankato and the Hag came highly recommended. The food was delicious, I tried the bees knees and it is now my favorite coffee drink of all time. And the quiche! It was perfect, so creamy and It didn't seem like it was made of scrambled eggs.

The coffee was so good and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I brought my kids (teens) and they had a couple of questions before they decided what they wanted and the staff were so nice and happy to answer them all. The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable.

Delicious lattes, and the staff is very attentive! If they notice you taking a seat they'll often bring your drink to you. The decorations are also beautiful, and the seating arrangement gives off a cozy atmosphere.

Super cozy & friendly! If you have a sweet tooth like me, their coffee is a bit on the bitter side, but their food and other drinks are to die for! Free wifi too, and the only place I know of that serves lemonade smoothies.

We love the vibes in this coffee shop. The drinks are really good. My favorites are the dirty chai and the cold brew. The food is pretty good too with quite a variety of options available. The staff is very friendly and there is plenty of seating, including a few spots to plug in a device. And they have clean restrooms.

Our favorite foods there are the breakfast burritos (yummy with sour cream and salsa) and their cashew egg sandwich (perfect for enjoying outside on a nice day). We love hanging out for a coffee and sometimes there's music or poetry too - bonus! Make it your place too!

Wonderful and warm. The grilled cheese (which I have not been able to replicate despite many attempts 😊) and a cup of the chef's soup du jour is my favorite Mankato lunch. And the monster cookies! And the pasta salads! Just yum!

I have been coming to the Coffee Hag since it opened. It is a wonderful, welcoming and awesome place for everyone but especially those in the LGBT+ community. If you're looking for a safe place to enjoy yourself and drink some good coffee then look no further!

Fantastic coffee, the staff are amazing, and theyre incredibly friendly. Lgbtq+ positive, and occasionally provide resources for people struggling with drug addiction or domestic abuse via little card handouts. Also, their grilled cheese is the bests ive ever had. 10/10. My families favorite place to get coffee.

Hippy college vibe, healthy vegetarian fare and cool staff. Total surprise find in Mankato. Absolutely loved our breakfast burrito, soup of the day and grilled cheese. Washed it down with piping hot chai. Absolutely in love will come again.
