    The line is always at least 30 minutes because their lobby isn’t open. The only reason I go here is because I door dash. If they could at least open the lobby for online orders and pickups that would make the traffic a lot better and faster. I get not having enough workers but if you at least allowed o line orders to pickup inside it would reduce wait time for everyone.

    Well there was a long line and took forever to get through the drive thru. As of Jan 16 2022 there still is not dine in service or pick up. So if u want to enjoy taco bell Dont try to do it in mankato.

    How is it that I've came Here 3 different time in one week. Every single time the line has been so bad that I've just left. Here we are on number 4 and I'm about to drive off again. Slowest Taco bell in the Country. Not even over exaggerating! Don't go here unless you are ready to wait like 30min in line.

    I stopped by Taco Bell on 1/7/2022 and was greeted by Scott at the drive thru. Scott was hands down the most energetic, friendly, and detail oriented worker I've encountered in quite some time. I received phenomenal customer service from him and he even waved at me when I drove up to the window to pick up my order. I was wasn't having a bad day at all. But, Scott sure did put an extra smile on my face. Plus, it's nice to see that there's still people out there who truly still enjoy the work that they do. Whether they realize or not, we truly do appreciate them and all that they do.

    I’ve stopped going to this location. It’s absolutely horrible. Every time I go, they mess up my order. When I order a black bean crunch wrap or a chalupa sub black beans I ALWAYS get beef. (and end up wasting money throwing it away cause I’m vegetarian). Most the time, the beef crunch-wrap isn’t even made right. It’s missing sauces you added, no nacho cheese and lettuce. Sometimes no sour cream. The workers are rude and don’t even know how to make standard menu items.

    I have to agree with a few people. The lobby is closed, and has been closed for months now. I usually order online and having to sit and wait in line is always a killer on my mood. Meaning I can go elsewhere for Mexican and skip the line. Food is always good, service is good, so no problems there. I just wish they would have their lobby open for online orders only. Yes, door dash as well.

    Seriously, this place has gone down hill since Covid. The line is always backed up for at least 30 minutes to an hour. You're lucky if you get the right items. I opted for an in-lobby pickup since the app offered it as an option. I get to the store and the lobby is closed. Sit in the drive through for over an hour, only to get to the speaker and they can't find my order that I already paid for. I will be so glad when a second location opens up and maybe has their stuff together. So tired of this location.

    I came to order on 8/8 and the young Caucasian female working the drive thru told me that if I needed a minute to look at the menu that I needed to come inside. Mind you there was no one in front or behind me! Sheer laziness and rudeness. I called to speak to the manager who told me he couldn’t give me his name or her name to call corporate. Outrageous!! Don’t waste your time going here. I have been working customer service for years and have never been this upset or disrespected

    Ordered $40 worth of food.. almost all of it was either wrong or cold. One girl worker was walking out and said “I’m only asking for minimal work” idk if that was the manager or not but that just shows how much she cares for customer service. I will never come back. Don’t know how this place has a 3.9 start rating.. when it should be a -2 star rating. My mother in laws order was almost forgotten. She ordered $25 worth of food and it was cold by the time she got it. Do not waste your time or money if you plan on going here.

    Horrible experience dealing with Staff and on-site store manager. I placed a large online order through the Taco Bell app... when I arrived, someone else had already stolen my order. Store manager refused to re-make the order and told me I would need to place the order again and pay for it again. This was an order for a family of 8... after spending 45 minutes at the store speaking to 2 "managers" and calling in a petty theft complaint to the local police department, my order was finally re-made. These petty "online" orders are extremely frustrating. This Taco Bell refused to take any responsibility for letting online orders leave without any verification that the order is being picked up by the right person... Though it seems small, these petty little thefts and poor service is not acceptable, especially when such a simple solution exists VERIFY THE ORDER before it is taken.

    Nope. Ordered doritos locos (meal) and the taco meal. Asked for no lettuce on tacos, and some hot sauce. Received this weird horror show (see photos, with finger for scale lol). Not the worst, but disappointing. What happened, guys?

    We had the BEST server last night. Very cordial, friendly, and you can see he truly enjoys his job. He went above and beyond his job duties. He served our food and even held the door for my handicapped son when we left. I didn't get his name but he was a young, short black man. You made our dining experience a truly pleasant experience.     The lobby is open again after being closed for what feels like a year or so. Slight remodel and ice machines are working again. As with all places they are still short staffed but doing their best. Drive-thru wait time is still ridiculous.

    WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND I GO OUT TO EAT A LOT. THE WORKER MADE ME SPEND $20 MORE THAN I SHOULD HAVE. Communication was not clear between the worker and I, they had absolutely no clue what was being ordered directly off the menu and they told me I was wrong and that the combo #2 soft taco supreme only came with one taco, IN A COMBO. Along with that we were shorted 2 drinks from the 3 combos and received no hot sauce even though it was listed on the receipt. Horrible service.

    My delivery has not warm. The products I ordered looked nothing like ads. Truth in advertising is a big problem in food service. If your order is by delivery it is worse... no accountability. I have stopped ordering delivery. I am disabled, can not go to the restaurant. Taco Bell has gotten worse in last 3 years...

    Everyone ignores you. Takes forever for food to be delivered, especially with Doordash. Customer service is very poor! Definitely do not recommend coming to this Taco Bell anymore. Absolutely poor service. St. Andrew drive Taco Bell is way better

    Without fail every time I go to Taco Bell they mess up the entire order. When you call the only thing they can do to fix the problem is offer to send coupons in the mail for free food. This has happened on multiple occasions and they never send the coupons. Don’t waste your time sitting in line. It’s not worth the hassle.

    I went to get some food and I understand it was kind of busy.. but I asked for sauce and I opened my box and didn’t see any sauces first glance so I asked for extra sauces. She repeated my order and said the sauces were there. I asked for extra sauce again and she raised her voice repeating my order again. There are no sauces in my order. The pink haired drive through girl should not be representing your franchise name running the front of the drive through. Terrible attitude and no customer service skills.

    Had to order on a screen. No customer service. Was missing part of our food. Had to ask for our drinks. Food was warm but not very tasty, very bland. Never received my receipt either.

    5* to 1* The store is inconsistent on all fronts. The store can be fast and accurate, and can be slow and mess up orders. There is absolutely no excuse for the latter. The food quality is disgusting. I took a bite of my food and the guac was almost all brown and tasted horrid. I spit it out and threw the rest away. Absolute garbage.

    Placed an order for pickup through the mobile app at 10:20am on 9/15/22. I requested the pickup to be ready at 11:15am because I needed to get my 5 year to school. I got to the Taco Bell at 11:10am and by 11:15 they told me that they hadn’t started on the order due to a glitch in the system. So, not only do I have to sit and wait another 10-25 minutes, my son is late to school now. They said the issue was that their system was saying I had a balance of $2.14 due, which was due to my using a 10% coupon in the app. No offers to fix the situation besides making my order well past the time I needed it ready by were offered. Not the first time I’ve had issues at this location, but this is probably the worst that I’ve dealt with due to this issue causing my son to be late to school. I am NOT HAPPY with this situation, I WILL NOT be coming back any time soon either.

    One man who works there makes the whole team a success! He's always upbeat and has a smile and a kind word for everyone! Really enjoys his job, a rarity, especially these days. Makes me want to visit again, and I do! The only thing negative is they no longer carry the verde sauce ( green packet), so good!

    First time trying Taco Bell. Notice how it says "Mexican inspired". Absolute worst Mexican food I've ever had, aside from normal tacos, we also got these hard shell tacos made with doritos that our friends recommended us. Never again. The food really tastes like someone describing Mexican food to someone who's only eaten from a dumpster

    All of my items were missing multiple ingredients..... I paid $20 for tacos that were only a sprinkling of cheese and a thin line of meat that was barely the width of a line of tooth paste. They were completely missing the other ingredients I had ordered and my soda tastes like charge water...... I would be more understanding if the place had been busy, but we were the only ones in a drive thru line that historically is 6-10 cars deep from open to close. It's also sad to say that about every other order I get from them is incorrect, but it's fun to look at it like a game of roulette.

    Its Taco Bell. The food is exactly what you would expect. What I really enjoy about this location is the friendly service! Scott is especially exceptional! The breakfast is delicious and my fave. Try the bacon crunchwrap and a hashbrown.

    food was awful. everything was dry, my burrito was filled half with sour cream and my chalupa cheese was burnt. taco had almost no meat and lettuce, and there was 0 cheese in the taco. The most delicious thing i had was their terrible chips and cheese. wont go back.

    With the new remodel of the store, it seems so clean and new inside. I'm glad the lobby is open again. Sad to see the late night drive-thru is closed. It was the only place in town to get that late night snack.

    Went in to place an order. Stood there for 20 minutes unacknowledged by ANY staff at all. I understand being busy, but when multiple staff see people waiting, continue to walk right past them, and still ignore them.... It's a problem. I won't be coming here again. Someone else can take my money.

    This place gets extremely packed and they are always nice and try their best to make sure if there are any issues they get resolved. They forgot one of the chalupa's on my order, I went in and they took care of it quickly and with 0 hassle.

    Had a very terrible experience with the food from this drive-thru tonight. Our order was a steak chalupa, three soft taco supremes, a large order of nacho fries, and a Crunchwrap with no lettuce and adding on guacamole. Got home, the chalupa was fine, but the photo attached is how awful the Crunchwrap was. They used two tostadas, which were very stale and you could taste how stale they were, and half of the toppings were shoved off to the side, not to mention that the guacamole was rancid. I didn’t want the person I bought this for to continue eating it, so I set it aside and went to call this location to know. It took four different tries to even get someone to answer the phone (they may have been busy mind you, but even a “I will be with you in a moment” would have made a big difference in this moment) and when I explained the situation I was hung up on. What I would have loved was for them to remove rotten food and refund the money I spent on this rotten food but it seems they would rather sell it to people like me and you. I will be calling in the morning to fix this despite being hung up on, and I will update and/or amend my review based on how their management makes this right. I would recommend going to any other fast food establishment at this point.

    Went there on Christmas eve. They were one of the only places open. The staff was slammed but still friendly. I don't recall hearing anyone complain. Amazing visit.

    The one thing they are consistent on is messing up orders. Unfortunately I made the mistake on waiting to make sure they made the correct order until I drove home, only to find that half of my order wasn’t in the bag and that they didn’t make any of the adjustments that I asked. Tonight we literally had to go back to get the food that they missed, and when we get there they wanted the food back that they gave us already. Eventually they replaced the food they messed up on, and they gave me the food I was missing. Once I went home and they still forgot to give me something they missed previously. Don’t waste your time at this Taco Bell and go anywhere else.

    We had ordered two number sixes beef which showed on the screen but when we had received our chalupas they were chicken. Unfortunately we were too far away to return and the line was really long in the drive-thru. Due to the times I don't mind the line in the drive thru, but just to exchange for chalupas wasn't worth it.

    Lines lines lines lines............. if you go to this taco bell you're gonna be waiting in line. If you have 10 to 15 minutes to spare. Go Here. Otherwise dont bother, unless theres literally NO line.

    Sometimes they mess up my order. Sometimes out of the Baja Blast Slushies. Wait line during the day sometimes goes out to Madison. Wouldn't be too terribly surprised if this was to covid 3.5 stars
