Beats online shopping. The mall is open and filled with active stores. It is a clean and well maintained. Variety of stores for almost any need. Didn't have many people on a warm August day. Plenty of parking.

First time here and my family and I thought it was great. Clean, bright, nice food court. Yes, there are some vacancies - not many malls are 100% full these days. For the size of this town, this mall is doing pretty well compared to others we have been to.

River Hills Mall in Mankato Minnesota is a good experience. Easy access, many shops, a large variety of kiosks, the shop keepers and staff are friendly and eager to assist your needs, the dining experience offers a large variety to suit almost any palette. Whether you want to come for a quick stop in make a easy purchase or have an extended stay you and your friends and family will have a good experience. River Hills Mall in Mankato Minnesota is located just off of Highway 14 and Highway 22. Also located in the vicinity of this mall are a variety of other stores just outside that shopping area, allowing one in large opportunity to find almost anything you may be looking for whether it’s a car another dining experience banking electronics or shopping in general, it’s a good area to come and spend some time. Make it a great experience!

I've been shopping here since the mall was brand new. It's actually aged fairly good except for the floor tile - they need to remove the tile and put some sort of finish on it. It would make the mall feel less dated.

It's a mall with a nice Target and a movie theater attached. The food court has a carousel, which makes it a nice place to do kids birthday parties if you have a crowd. Several stores to buy clothes and shoes. The occasional knick knack shop. A Barnes and Noble right across from a large Shields (where you can request free samples of fudge in the entry) with a play area for little kids to run around between them is another highlight for those with little kids. Lots of folks enjoy going there just to walk around for exercise in the winter months. Several decent restaurants nearby.

This mall is actually still thriving while many are not. New stores are coming in, and I really like seeing what is available. A great place to shop for clothing and gifts. In the food court, check out our local Massad's grill. Delicious food!

I love going here once a month and looking at my favorite stores. I was sad to see Ulta is not here anymore but they moved across town. Barnes and Noble is a great place to go have a coffee at Starbucks and get a good book. I love the selection of Calico Critters they have available. The pretzels in the mall are great too, I recommend the cinnamon and sugar ones with glaze sauce.

We visited the target 🎯 at this shopping mall. I was looking for a lock for my kid locker, 3 of their employees(boys)didn’t know where those were. They kept sending me in different directions. After walking around the store for 35mins two other employees(girls)walked around two aisle and helped me locate those items.

Is just a mall. Has upgraded over the last 3 years, and those masage chairs are a bliss. Also the security has become more involved and actually doing their job. Good work!!!

Nice place, first timer. Went to jc Penny, the worst selection of women's jeans, very poor selection to begin with & if you're not 330#s & 4 ft tall your screwed. Men's selection was good. Jewelry lady was very nice & informative. A+

Boy o boy o boy. This mall can use renovation and an increase in stores. Limited products. Its like everyone in the city is wearing the exact same clothes. Eatery options need updates and please fix the lots you guys.

5 a good mall for a small town! They have a good amount of stores. The mall itself is always clean inside, and restrooms are always clean.

I had to sit next to someone who was rude, loud, obnoxious and incapable of being polite. I would describe the person, but then I would just be labeled a "ist", "phobe", bigot or whatever. Of course I don't need to describe because the image in your mind is correct, even though you won't say it either because you'd be labeled the same. So glad we're on the same page.

I love the mall.... There has been so much that has happened since I have been there lots of stores not there anymore.. the more I go there the less stores I see how sad this used to be top notch and everyone enjoyed being here.. I hope u guys don't have to close due to buisness leaving on such a crazy note or not enough business... Let's make more memories for the community to be able to enjoy this mall... Thank you!

Great place to shop! Huge building with loads of stores to shop at. From clothing stores to food to a movie theater and jewelery stores; this store has something for everyone. Hot topic, earthbound, target, scheels, buckle, gamestop, plus many more!

Absolutely amazing experience, there are a lot of places to go for shopping, food, and best of all, there is kid entertainment- a whole secluded area, an arcade you can just walk in and out in quarters, a carousel, and more! I have four brothers and usually they are entertained the whole time. As far as cleanliness, not as amazing, but nobody is perfect! Definitely a place to visit and enjoy as a whole family!

Pretty standard run of the mill mall. Aisles and stored were clean. Friendly people... but I am very much wondering why the Halloween store at the end of the meal was condemned. Not good and I feel kind of bad for the company that rented it from the mall to make money during the short holiday window and got screwed.

Considering that this is a one level mall, I was rather impressed with what stores were offered and provided many options and a unique variety of original stores.

Always clean when we visit. Employees are friendly. There are a variety of stores. Be sure to check out the pop up stores and stores that are short term throughout the year. The Renaissance Glass store is one of the coolest, although this year, they are only there from mid November to early January.

River hills Mall is very boring there's not too much open due to covid. I used to be able to go there before covid and hang out all day with friends and have fun but now it's just boring

Went to jc Penney since I got a new job needed new close. Saved a ton. They had a sale going on already which was huge plus they matched the 30 percent off that was for online orders. Also opened a card and they added an additional 15 percent of. Ended up with 4 pairs of pants and 5 polos for $150.

So many empty spots where stores have moved out of. Bring back decent stores for people to get what they need/want in one general location. More restaurants are needed in the food court. I didn't find it as enjoyable.

Many stores in this mall. Nice food court and a movie theater. Has a carousel in the food court.

Like most shopping malls in America, this one is dying. They seem to have more and more vacant storefronts. The carousel in the food court is great for kids.

It's a mall, it's a shame to see it so empty or so many closed stores. We stopped there and walked around the inside of the mall and checked out several of the stores doing some holiday shopping.
