A very good place to stay in Mannar. The lobby is very impressive and the decor is beautiful. There is a restaurant, bar as well as a conference room. Rooms are comfortably sized and have basic amenities. Bathrooms have basic toiletries like dental kit, shaving kit, shampoo and soap. A hot water kettle would be a good addition to the amenities.

My Engagemnt ceremony was conducted here. And its been a wonderful experience. Lots of clean space and friendly staff are plus points.

They served breakfast like we are beggers 8. Not a good place for family it has a attached bar 9. No proper parking area 10. No loft facility

Facilities like wifi are simply written on booking sites, but not available. Unclean and stained linens. Room have enough spider webs - very poor maintainence. Pathetic service from help desk. You should rename that as no-help desk. Fooling people. Running the place only for bar. Please don't go for this hote.

Very bad experience. They only concentrate on the BAR and dont give a **** to room service and the staff behaviour was pathetic. Unless they sort it out...not recommended.

I would not rate this place even 1 star but I wanted to post my review here. Hotel staff and receptionist are not at all professional and even though I made a booking here a month ago those people at the last moment gave it to someone else saying justification there is some maintainance work going on. What kind of professionalism is this.. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone even for a single day stay..

I ordered chicken fried rice from their restaurant and they had provided the Chicken Biryani. Service is not at all good as per my experience.

A hotel which is truly beyond their allotted classification. Ideal for stay. Food is really tasty and delicious with many specialized items. Service altogether is excellent.

Good place but liquor is bit expensive. Building Needs good ventilation.

Used to be a real posh place in late 2000s. However now quality has dipped a bit. Amazing rooms and food with a good banquet hall and conference rooms.

Slightly away from the main road, unseen the hotel can be reached by a traveller only if someone tells him. It might be known locally but had to be guided by Google map to reach it. A big facility that lack modern managerial skills associated with hospitality. Has a huge parking area which happens to be its USP. If one is looking for fine dining look elsewhere. If one is driving along and wants to park his vehicle and feed his hunger one may choose it. Nothing bad about it but nothing special too

Good hotel but due to corona they have stopped restaurant services. I went there for hall enquiry and it was well maintained and spacious enough for 50 - 100 guests.
