Worst customer manegment ever, Bern w8ting for 10 minuters by the order now cash to ask for glutenfree menu. Not an eye contqct from 3 workers. When i approached them all the could say is i dont understand.. order in the automat.. DONT VISIT… i dont think the employees know english. I ordered an glutenfree cheeseburgare with Fries and ketchup. Got an ordinary burger without glutenfree breda and a mayoneise

We waited more than 20 minutes for a coffee and a milkshake. Kinda wish McDonald's would bring back the speed promise where you got a free burger after 90 seconds of wait time!

Worst place in the world! The map says they're open 24/7, but they're not. On 12/05/2022 I arrived at 6:00 and it was still closed. I waited until 6:30 and no one answered the door. One employee arrived at 06:10, went outside, drank coffee and slowly smoked a cigarette. In front of my eyes, she let one visitor in at 6:20 and immediately closed the door to prevent other people from entering!! What kind of discrimination is this?! Do you only let special people in?! The sign said that you work around the clock, and you let only your friends in, and the rest of the people are closed. This is the worst restaurant in the world!!

I placed the order and only received half of it. They said they don't have the order in the system.

Bad experience, even for McD standards. Hair on my burger, messed up order, out of salads and out of toys for happy meals.

I am giving 2 star to this McD restaurant due to poor service. I ordered for a Latte Grande and a croissant which took hardly half an hour though the restaurant was minimally crowded. FYI, I was there at around 11 a.m. My friends had to wait until I had my breakfast. Poor customer service.

I won't write a long review on a McDonald's. It does the job, there's plenty of parking but I honestly think someone should have a look at the kitchen work processes in there. I thought McD should be about efficiency not chaos. Nonetheless will keep on using the place as it's clean and nearby.

Had to wait like 30 minutes to get an order, super busy and the food was alright. A lot of teenagers around and super loud inside and outside. Not family-friendly but a suitable place for teenagers.

I go often to MCD when I am on travel

Fast Food...but at least coffee is good.
