Its ok, the hotel really needs an upgrade. The atmosphere is straight from a Stephen King novel. The breakfast buffet is not really a buffet. You are better off booking something else in Mannheim, like NH, better hotel, great breakfast, same price. Yes the beds are alright and its ok clean.

I am sitting in the lobby right now and I am so happy checking out. The worst hotel in whole of my europe trip. While coming they give you so many set of rules and then on entering the room you see the stained carpets the old doors the really pathetic bed sheet then you wonder why are they giving us so strict rules. We should do that instead. It was so hot and no air conditioning. Breakfast was horrible .

Extremely terrbile rooms with no air conditioning. The carpets are dirty, towels are smelly, pillows are not fluffy. The hotel is understaffed, not at all courteous, do not pick room service and reception calls. Worse experience at this place with 0 hospitality.

We stayed there for a night. Even though we reached a bit early, Check-in was effortless. Room was clean. Towels were already there in the bathroom. The location is easily accessible as it is just above the Tram station/opposite to the Bus/S-Bahn station. The staff were polite. We didn't book for breakfast so, cannot comment on that part. The hotel is situated in a quiet place.

Do not book this hotel in the summer. No airconditioning, no fan or cooling on south facing side. This hotel needs an upgrade and to be closed over summer.

Not the first time I stay at this hotel for work, there is not much choice. The staff is friendly, almost always smiling, the breakfast for 5 euros is excellent, but that's all, but yes, the rooms are large. But on the other hand, why a large room, if it is like in a stove?! There is a fan, but from him tolu, almost 0. Dear administration, you need to solve the problem with air conditioning in the hotel, for this only one star!

Location is very close to train station but the heater in the room was not working. That's why I give 3 🌟

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have awarded this hotel only 2 stars due to the dated furniture and equipment. The Ac unit in room sounded like a ship's engine and looked like it was from the 80s. The hotel building also looked a little sad. The breakfast was quite expensive for what was offered. On site parking is offered at 8€ per night, this is acceptable.

Pros- 1. Close to train station which gives some advantage for easy travel. 2. Rooms are large and have a lot of space. 3.Equipped with Sauna and a pool which are rare for this price range. 4. Good for budget travellers. Cons- 1. The rooms are poorly maintained. 2. The hotel is old and needs remodeling severely, charger ports are not working, heater looks like its from the 1970's, bathroom is filthy. 3. They charge for spilling water on bathroom floor and i have no idea why. 4. Hotel is understaffed.

Just stayed in this Hotel and there are some things seriously wrong. Don’t get me wrong, room and beds were clean. However, the water was not adjustable to a specific temperature and oscillated from too hot to cold, very annoying when taking a shower. Don’t bother about construction work (at least in summer) you won’t hear anything because of the “air-condition” it makes incredible noise but does not cool this overheated establishment (not only in the rooms). You can’t turn it off either as the windows cannot be opened and there is no other means of fresh air supply. Hot and noisy at night, not a combination I particularly like. I found the hotel through the web that showed an offer of 70 Euros a night, called to book 2 nights and confirmed the price twice via mobile phone (big mistake – my fault I know!). Just learned at the check-out that it was 140 Euros a night, complaining did not help at all. Anyway – won’t stay there ever again and if you are smart you may think twice too.

I'd rather give this hotel 3.5stars, but 3 or 4 are my only choices and regretfully in that case 3 seems more appropriate - let me explain. The hotel is right next to Ludwigshafen train station, which means the location is far from ideal. The hotel rooms are in need for updating - they aren't terrible, but they feel dated. On the brighter side of hotel reviews, the hotel offers a very decent breakfast, guaranteeing a good start into your day. All in all, not a terrible choice, but not a great one either. Kind of middle of the road.

Worst hotel in Germany. Charges €800.00 if you accidentally spill water on the floor. Service is not satisfactory. Showers, lights in the room was not working. Basin was not clean and the window curtain was torn. The staffs are rude to the customers and they came to inspect if there was water on the floor before checking out.
