Very crowded on weekends, no one to assist you. I was waiting an hour the assistant and then she disappeared. The choice of child stroller is not big and they are very badly arranged. Bad impression.

I was looking for a stroller for my 10 month son. I waited patiently to be helped. Waved my hand at 3 workers. Even asked verbally. Was ignored service to German customers, leaving me to seem like I’m not getting help because I’m Black. After 10 minutes of standing and waiting service never came and I left. Will be spending my money else where

Extremely helpful! It is so nice to find salespeople who are so helpful and take pride in their work. It was the best carseat purchase experience we have ever had. Mr stollenwerk was extremely helpful and insightful. He was patience and so knowledgeable. Truly an incredible experience and thank you!

The stuff were good, but very lame customer service. I only had one item and had to wait in the line for 15 mins and the line had only one customer before me. The store on the whole had less than 10 customers. Too many staff with earpieces to communicate but no organization. The first line i took they closed it exactly as i reached the counter. The second line i had to wait for 15 mins and the first line opened up in 5 mins after i left it. She could have made me wait in the same counter instead of sending me to the other. If this is how it's done when there are few customers, i doubt the service during peak hours!

Great location and big store with lots of options and brands Employees are very helpful and really take time to guide you and explain/clarify all your questions German, English and Italian languages are spoken Employee helped us try the base and car seat (you can try on your own car with the employee of course ) Good sales (some items are cheaper than at their own brand website)

Nice shop... Good support staff... offers are rare and few. AMAZON prices might be cheaper than babyone prices...

Good shop to buy prams and other baby stutt

Decent selection of toys and baby necessities. Very few personnel, need to wait too long to get help. Once we got lucky and the person who came to help us (after the wait) was knowledgeable and really helped us and we bought a baby car seat. Another time the other sales person we got was pretty much ignorant of the product features and we left and bought it online. But the worst is the person at the counter, quite arrogant and often tries to cheat us out of the offers available.
