Mansa college is a public institution designed for training teachers for ECE, primary and junior secondary school levels. The college is located in Mansa, Luapula Province and offers diploma programmes affiliated to the University of Zambia. The minimum entry requirements can be obtained from the college.

By rural Zambian standards; the college complex is OK to be rated a college. Besides it was upgraded from teachers training college a few years back with basically the same super structure.
