Nice and clean place. Personnel with excellent attitudes. But you have to be prepared to watch Zee World your entire stay period. No news channels no sports channels...

This lodge is well located. But staff need to trained in hospitality industry. Certain nuances need to be improved with strict supervision of staff to deliver on cleanliness. The infrastructure is slowly getting dilapidated.

Their service was pathetic. We had a business meeting at the place. We had to beg them; 1. to clean the conference room. 2. To Provide us with stationary for the meeting. 3. To Provide us tea break and lunch. We had to wait for more than an hour for our foods to be given. The experience was horrible and energy draining.

This is awesome place to stay ... probable the best place in entire Luapula Province... you will find many Indian people staying here... ambiance, room service is good... basic infrastructure is good... only problem is food quality.... rest everything is best...

I wasnt happy with treatment. I booked a room with air-conditioning but to be put in a room without air con,no electric kettle, everything I had to ask including the towel . Reason was that they are fully booked. But why not tell me before checking me in.

Nice place with very good meals and friendly staff. The place is quiet, you will enjoy your rest, the staff is very supportive, they will attend to your needs. Looking forward to coming back

May be suitable for regular travellers; but not for tourists who wish to relax in copy room after all the drive. Rooms are spacious but do not have litter bins. Looks more like a hostel

A modern set up of a Lodge with friendly staff and modern facilities wholly owned by an Indigenous Zambian who is a Local of the Province. Bravo
