One of the best places in Mansa, I can compare this place to Lusaka.

With the exception of one gardener and receptionist. The rest seemed to be angry about something. The environment is well manicured, the obvious food menu but we'll prepared though it took time to come. Room I used was generally clean, my only issue with it was the pressure was very low despite reporting this a number of times no action.

3 days stay, 2 nights. The twin room was lovely, large and clean, the reception service was excellent - staff supported us with enquiries and booking a taxi to the falls. The breakfast was also very generous. Unfortunately, the gym is being used for other business so is unusable at the moment. The swimming pool was also unusable, with a a lot of algae. Although it was being cleaned as we left. Overall, the lodge is good but check that these amenities are available before you book if you hope to use them.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable.Hot water was available with tea facilities.The food is also okay.I experienced a few challenges with the aircon as water kept dripping from it to the floor.All in all it was a good place to stay

Management needs to manage its workforce. There is quite some noise from the ladies who clean the rooms.

Customer service I give them a 10 out of 10. Daisy fantastic service..very polite and she made to find me a room as I not comfortable with their sister lodge annexe. On food they have reduced or done away with menu. Today I was told its either fish or chicken coupled with rice. The dinning hall ,educated person required as the current ones don't have manners... The rooms only one bottle instead of two.

This place is incredibly good I spent three days there and the food was excellent

Mighty water falls,very bad road would not recommend during rain season whether from kawambwa or mporokoso
