Fantastic snow and nice coffee with lemon cake in tichfield park caffe

This is quite a nice free place to go in Mansfield. It has a large park for children of all ages. There is a basketball / 5 a side football pitch free to use. An onsite cafe is a nice touch as well. There are a couple of bowling greens for those who play bowls. The park has paths all around it which are dotted with outdoor gym equipment for those active mind people. A small river runs through the park with several bridges allowing you to cross over to the other side. At one corner is a outdoor amphitheatre where you could put on a show for your friends or other people in the park. It's great for picnics in Nice weather and a generally nice area to meet up with friends. It's situated quite close to the town centre so not far from amenities but unfortunately has no onsite toilets but other than that it's a nice addition to Mansfield Town centre.

I loved it here. Walked around for the first time on a perfect sunny day and it was relaxing and beautiful. Had to appreciate how clean and well-kept the park is.

Had a delicious panini with a cup of tea the food is delicious and I recommend trying the hokme made cakes especially the red velvet when it's made

A nice place for children

Free parking after 3.00pm for the swimming baths and for the park. Great to take the kids' round, nice little walking area.

The worst poached eggs with salmon I've ever had. They didn't even put any sous on it. And no runny yolks.

Nice park with a decent playground for young children. A good cafe serving hot and cold food and drinks and plenty of open space close to the centre of Mansfield.

Wonderful park, did my growing up here.. lower star rating as there are no toilets..

Quite small, but enjoyable. Great place for a short walk with a dog, although you need to keep your pet on a leash because there's plenty of other people all the time, and not all of them know how to behave around dogs. A lot of people spend their time there daily, so I wouldn't reccomend it for a quiet picnic with a family.

Lovely child's park great cafe in the center of park child's gym park there too there's a place to play ball love taking the kids there all the time very clean ♥️

Lovely park..plenty of seats to rest..a very nice cafe to get your refreshments...car parking is plentiful.. just needs toilets!!!

Lovely town centre park, well maintained, kids playground recently refreshed with lick of paint. Wish there were a few more benches, or even picnic tables, especially in the area with outdoor gym.

Called here Monday lunchtime. Very busy. Had to sit outside. We had 3 orders of salmon and cream cheese sandwiches with salad. Very nice meal. Recommend calling in for lunch early as it gets busy. Good prices and friendly service.

Kids loved this park lots of different climbing frames to explore. Tidy enough and plenty of benches for the adults!

Has a little river with a waterfall in the middle, lots of space. Adult fitness equipment no kids equipment. There's another park next door though. Clean but could do with a few more bins.

Really nice park for the family. The cafe is amazing! Staff really friendly. Can have some quite unsavoury characters which does let it down a bit but other than that, great space and lovely play park

A great couple of hours spent here on a sunny day. There are some free council issued exercise activities, as well as a enclosed football and basketball area. The kids will love playing on the play park, with its different age range activities. Equally there are plenty of benches, walls and places to sit and relax. Perfect for picnics on the grass too.

Great Park. Very nice landscape. This park has been cared for and very well maintained. Kids playground is brilliant. Great space. Cool little hideaway sections. It also has small water trail.
