    Pretty poor service when you call the surgery and a recorded message tells you that you are number one in the queue, please hold and someone will be with you shortly. The first call was cut off after just a couple of minutes. I called back and was again number one in the queue, this time for 26 minutes with no answer. I called again and was number 4 in the queue, then number 3 for 14 minutes, again no answer. The phones were then switched over as the surgery then closed. I then had to wait 3 days before being able to make contact due to the weekend and bank holiday. I appreciate they may have been busy and, or short staffed but I don’t feel this is acceptable and that they need to amend their practises to cater for these instances - even if it’s something as simple as switching to an alternate recorded message stating that they are sorry they are unable to answer the phone right now, etc, etc

    Very poor. This surgery actually blames its EMPLOYERS, the TAXPAYING PATIENTS for ALL its shortcomings. If you actually stand up for yourself, AGAIN IT BLAMES THE PATIENTS. Even to the point of calling them, "RUDE & AGGRESIVE. Maybe if this surgery got their act together, then their EMPLOYERS, THE TAX PAYING PUBLIC, would not have to be frustrated at THEIR OWN SHORTCOMINGS. I had an appointment for just after 9am. I arrived at 08.45am. At 11.20am I had to leave as I had an optical appointment. They had the BARE FACED GALL to send a threatening letter of the cost of missed appointments, & how they could charge ME because THEY missed MY appointment. As you can see, very good at blaming the patients. When I told them of the times I had attended & left, they then had the blatant gall to say it was my fault AGAIN, & I should have spoken to a Receptionist. ( OBVIOUSLY THEIR ATTEMPT AT HUMOUR). I then explained that if THEY had checked their booking in system, & their CCTV. it would had been very clear that I had danced through ALL their hoops. Unfortunately this is becoming a PLANDEMIC of BLAMING EVERYONE BUT, THE VERY PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE. THEMSELVES.

    I have been at this surgery for the past 20 years. These doctors DO NOT LISTEN. They want you out of the door ASAP assuming you can get in the door in the first place. I have had next to zero help from these doctors and its getting worse. I have been complaining of chronic fatigue, stomache problems, aching limbs and back, and mental health problems because of this. I am 100% definite that I am autistic but haven't had any help apart from being referred to an autism assessment 2 and a half year waiting list TWICE because the first time the hospital did not receive it which I had to find out myself by ringing the hospital TWO MONTHS after hearing NOTHING. Everything I go there about seems to be blamed on depression not the other way round despite what I've been telling them for years. I could go on and on about this terrible "service" no wonder people are leaving this practice in droves me being one of them

    My question is , if you see that you have so many people asking for an appointment why you can't make more spaces? This is why we pay actually no? To stay on the line 30 min and when we get there just to hear "Fully booked " fine .Thank you! Oh and please wake up people not everything in this world is about Covid. People have other problems as well.

    After over 30 years with this surgery I have finally left. In all this time I have never had such rude receptionists. The final straw came when I was wished good look getting an appointment to speak to a doctor! So it's all down to luck now to get an aappointment? They say that they won't tolerate abuse but feel fine about being rude to the patient! I wish they would realise that we are the cause of their job not the inconvenience! I wonder if the doctors themselves know what is going on "front of house"? I know many people who have now migrated to other surgeries because of how bad they have got!

    Long answerphone message and then automated voice says lines are busy and then cuts you off. Ive tried for several days from 8am but when you are in full time employment you cannot simply keep trying all morning.

    Generally busy to get an appointment first thing but this is normal and a failing of the government not individual practices. I've had 5 practices throughout my life time. However the administration team have been Brill when dealing with any requests and the Dr's have been good in managing my conditions.

    Extremely difficult to get an appointment Long waits in the surgery if you do manage to get an appointment Even if you have the first appointment of the day the surgery can be running behind by half an hour due to administration meetings before surgery starts Also no continuity in relation to which doctor you see Overall terrible service

    Wish I had read the reviews when we moved to the area and chose this surgery due to close proximity to the house. Oh my word what shocking service!!!!! The receptionist are rude, you never get an appointment,just told to ring at 8am tomorrow daily for weeks and the communication between surgery and patient is extremely poor. I was with my old surgery for 19yrs with none of this issues,we only switched surgery as we moved cities. After just a few months of this shocking service I am no doubt moving my whole family from this surgery.
