Very
poor.
This
surgery
actually
blames
its
EMPLOYERS,
the
TAXPAYING
PATIENTS
for
ALL
its
shortcomings.
If
you
actually
stand
up
for
yourself,
AGAIN
IT
BLAMES
THE
PATIENTS.
Even
to
the
point
of
calling
them,
"RUDE
&
AGGRESIVE.
Maybe
if
this
surgery
got
their
act
together,
then
their
EMPLOYERS,
THE
TAX
PAYING
PUBLIC,
would
not
have
to
be
frustrated
at
THEIR
OWN
SHORTCOMINGS.
I
had
an
appointment
for
just
after
9am.
I
arrived
at
08.45am.
At
11.20am
I
had
to
leave
as
I
had
an
optical
appointment.
They
had
the
BARE
FACED
GALL
to
send
a
threatening
letter
of
the
cost
of
missed
appointments,
&
how
they
could
charge
ME
because
THEY
missed
MY
appointment.
As
you
can
see,
very
good
at
blaming
the
patients.
When
I
told
them
of
the
times
I
had
attended
&
left,
they
then
had
the
blatant
gall
to
say
it
was
my
fault
AGAIN,
&
I
should
have
spoken
to
a
Receptionist.
(
OBVIOUSLY
THEIR
ATTEMPT
AT
HUMOUR).
I
then
explained
that
if
THEY
had
checked
their
booking
in
system,
&
their
CCTV.
it
would
had
been
very
clear
that
I
had
danced
through
ALL
their
hoops.
Unfortunately
this
is
becoming
a
PLANDEMIC
of
BLAMING
EVERYONE
BUT,
THE
VERY
PEOPLE
RESPONSIBLE.
THEMSELVES.
