Fabulous experience today in this doggie friendly beautiful cafe. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Food was amazing. My gran daughter had the bacon baguette... 3 thick slices of bacon. Grandson had a kids sandwich, laden with ham, the millionaire shortbread cheesecake was just exceptional. (see photo👌👌) great value for money. We will be back. Highly recommend. FIRST CLASS in all respects.

First time visit and I'll definitely be back! The service was great, and loved having a chat with the staff. There's so many cheesecake choices to choose from, but the Lotus one tasted incredible! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I can't put into words how great this place is. Went to pick up a cheesecake I'd ordered for my daughter's birthday and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble , I was really impressed and I will certainly be going again and have already recommended them to my friends. They have something for everyone, not just cheesecakes but brownies and cakes, delicious.

First time coming here but I had heard so much about it, the first chance I got I came. Service was friendly and welcoming, interior is just amazing. I could sit here all day nattering away to my friends. Relaxed and chilled vibe. Food did not disappoint, I had the bacon and Brie baguette it was perfect, the coleslaw is homemade and was very creamy and lush. Didn’t manage to try the cheesecake as I was so full after the main, but will defo be returning again. Well done Paul - the owner. Fantastic business.

Smaller inside than I'd of liked , but that's only due to covid n sharing spaces with others etc... Food and service was impeccable and would definitely tell others to go x

Looked nice through the window. Well set out to invite you in. Cheesecake options were good until you get the price. What a shock. Very, very expensive and not all that tasty. I also purchased a sausage roll that looked great and I assume had just been made as the smell was lovely. When I bit into it, it was like biting into a lump of lard and I was covered by the oil and fat that dribbled out. Completely put me off. If a little more care was taken or even tasting by the staff then maybe they would understand. The cheesecake was very disappointing for me. Don't think the business will last in this location. Maybe I'm wrong.

This shop is absolutely amazing! The staff are extremely friendly and so accomodating. The cheesecakes and cakes are absolutely beautiful! I can highly recommend a visit to the shop. We brought a cheesecake to celebrate our pooches birthday and we had a big family party. Thank you so much for making our beautiful cheesecake. We all loved it and so did Bubbie man. 🥰

I have ordered from Alrate Cheesecakes over the years and visited Haywood's plenty of times since it's opening. I have never once been disappointed with anything I've purchased, they really are the best cheesecakes I've ever had. I've also enjoyed the other products they sell like the brownie bakes, sausage rolls and the Oh My Goodieness treats they stock. Sometimes when I'm having a bad day I like to pop in for a takeaway hot chocolate and have 5 minutes in my car, they are also my most favourite hot chocolate so they help to cheer me up :) The shop itself is lovely, it's quirky and very homely. The staff are all welcoming, helpful and kind - that includes the owner too. I actually struggle with severe anxiety but I feel safe visiting Haywood's. If you're on the fence about visiting then I'd urge you to give it a try as I don't think you'll find yourself disappointed.

Always love visiting here. Paul and the team do an amazing job, and I've been a customer of his right from the start many years ago. His cheesecakes are to die for always fresh, always taste amazing. And with all the other things he has available in the shop, don't visit if you're on a diet, you'll ruin it in one fair swoop. If you haven't tried one of his signature cheesecakes, add it to your to-do list. They are EPIC.

WOW been today for the first and all we can say is amazing. We turned up at 3.30 when the man in the shop was just about to nip out we asked if he was closed he said o no come in your okay. So we went in and was like where do we start picked up stuff for my family and my frinds family spent £70 between 2 of us. So far we have tried kinder Brownie and caramel short cake that's it dessert wise so far. They are bloody amazing will definitely be going back with out a doubt as its fantastic. We also got 2 pasties for tea 1 steak and gravy 1 steak and stillton they are to die for. Thank you so much for the amazing service and the patience you had with us today. Cheesecakes are amazing and the best I’ve ever tasted. Also had various brownies, cookies, and other sweet things and they are also delicious! Great customer service too.

Very disappointed when visiting here as last time there was more seating area and could have a baguette which were amazing, now there is a very small area to sit and they do pasties which did look nice but not what i went there for, cheesecakes are lovely but sadly dont think I'll be going again

Such a lovely place, the ambience is just perfect and as for the cakes...... Such a lovely relaxing venue and the owner is a lovely man, all the staff were friendly, can't fault the customer service at all. Definitely worth a trip over, even if, like me, you don't live locally.

I've been wanting to fo for months. Finally got the opportunity yesterday 😊 Visited with 4 friends, we were welcomed on arrival and was seated within minutes. Its lovely and cosy, staff are fab! We all enjoyed our puddings tea/coffee whilst we had a lovely catch up. Definitely will return and I do recommend that you try this little gem of a place out 😊 Dogs are very much welcomed too 😍

What a lovely little gem , highly recommend . Staff lovely and considerate to every need . Cheesecakes are just devine! Brownies look lovely too although I haven't tried those yet but will next time! Amazing dog friendly place! The cheesecake was delicious and the service was friendly and relaxing. The vibe is cute and quirky. Perfect date place or just to grab a quick break. Definitely coming back!
