Terrible customer service, contacted them regarding my bike as they was recommended by another company for the service as they couldn't provide, contacted them on Facebook and they don't even give a response even though they've seen the message. Bad customer service wouldn't recommend ❌.

Recommended a friend to purchase a KTM from here, bike arrives with a completely snapped wiring harness for the front headlight. This will have been from previous user more than likely and not a shipping problem. Dealership refuses to take responsibility for it and correct there wrongdoings as any decent dealership would. They would of noticed this instantly had they even checked the bike over. They want nothing to do with it and there only solution was the unreasonable idea of my friend doing a 5 hour round trip to take it to them. Disgusting from a dealership. Avoid doing business with these.

Terribly rude and abrupt, shocking customer service. So off hand it’s untrue. Don’t own a shop if u are going to talk to someone like that, disgraceful.

Best place for service and advise regarding your bike and spare parts took young lad with he loved the display bikes and quads

Great bunch of lads sorted me a good deal on my Raptor and a new set of rear tyres. Good communication and a very nice and clean showroom.

The dont have the log book for the quad i bought. Ive rang twice about it and they said they will call me back after a few enquiries. No calls? At the same time i rang about the fuel guage not working they said they would speak to the mechanic and see if there was anything they could do. No help i paid £7500 for my quad and expected it to be in full working order with correct documents to go with it. I understand mistakes happen and some things can break but they make no attempt to make it right. Its not the worst thing in the world but its annoying when i paid top money for some reassurance it was going to be ok and warranted.

I got there as soon as they opened in the morning. I was shopping for some new motorcross boots and I had no clue where to start and the staff there where more than happy to drop what they where doing and help me and explain everything I need to know. Kind, friendly and understanding people. 100% will be returning, definitely worth the 50 minute drive 👍
