Recently bought a car from Old Mill Lane Garage. Traded my old car in the process was as smooth as I’ve had buying and selling a car. Would 100% deal with them again. I was kept up to date at every stage. The guys there really knew what they were talking about too. I am very happy with the car I bought and it was just as described in their listing on their website and Auto Trader.

Excellent communication and service from Johnathan after our initial phone conversation to viewing and buying the Vehicle. He has guided me through the the very frustrating process of dealing with DVLA who seem to be on a go slow and has been very patient with me advising on various paperwork to swap number plates! Very, very pleased with my purchase of a great truck which was accurately described and does what it says on the can. Highly recommend Johnathan and Old Mill Lane Garage. Dealt with Jonathan over the phone and WhatsApp as we live in Somerset, accurate description and video of the car to backup provided. He made a great offer around the deposit and if it wasn’t as described. Needless to say when we got there it was and we purchased! Jonathan throughout has been a pleasure to deal with and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Just picked up my new vivaro crew cab, great experience from the 1st phone call to picking up the keys. John sent me a video the day it came in, went over to view, no pressure to buy. I checked the van over and test drove on my own, agreed the sale, went over a couple of days later to pick it up all valeted with a years mot. Will definitely be the 1st place i look for my next one!👍

We recently bought a car here and had a great experience. They were really patient in waiting for us whilst we tried to sell our own car and kept us updated on the new one. The owner was really responsive and thorough when handing over the car, aftersales service is good too. Any questions we have asked have been responded to really quickly (unlike other garages I have dealt with) and they have been really honest about the vehicle all the way through. Very happy with the car and the service would use them again

Found the perfect Transporter from Jonathon, held it for me for a lot longer than he had too whilst was sorted. Few issues with the vehicle but it’s being dealt with at no cost to myself and as quickly as is possible. Overall a great experience barring the little issues and Jonathan is a decent guy to deal with. Thank you.

Not impressed. Found my perfect car perfect spec but the service from first call to the second call was just terrible. Had to call multiple times to even get though. Finally get through and Jonathon says oh call back tomorrow. Didn’t ask any questions didn’t give us my information just felt like he couldn’t be bothered. Next day call back again doesnt let us ask any questions or give us chance to get any information he says he would take a video now but can’t because and I quote it is “PISSING IT DOWN” not a great thing to say to a customer. He then says he will take it later, of course the video never even gets sent anyway. The advert says the car is “great condition ready to go” the finance people try to contact him about us coming to view or getting the see it now video and he then says he has begun prepping the car now. Not going to buy the car from here purely because of the rubbish service. If something went wrong after purchase how am I going to know I can count on you to help me resolve it? I definitely can’t. Found another car elsewhere immediately reserved and a whole different experience 👍
