We went to see this year's panto, Peter Pan. All the cast were amazing. The theatre staff are attentive, cheerful and helpful, can purchase snacks and drinks on the interval. Not a massive theatre but perfect for the town.

Nice theater with a bar but this could do with being bigger. The seating area is reasonably spacious with good sized seats, bigger than chesterfields theatres if known. Relatively new and more modern feel, depends on opinion if this is good. Not much of a walk from the carpark over Wilkinson's so good location too.

A fantastic afternoon at the Pantomime 'Peter Pan'. Great performance from all the cast, big names and local dancers, excellent scenery and props, excellent band, great atmosphere all in a lovely little theatre. Prices were very reasonable I thought at Β£21 an adult ticket and although we were up in the Gods we could see and hear very well. Makes a Christmas seem magic going to the Pantomime. Just wish the adult version was still running directed by the musical magician Martyn St. James. That was the icing on the cake for us parents lol with never a dull moment! Happy memories made at this theatre, Mansfields little gem.

Small theatre so most seats have a good view. Friendly staff and decent value for tickets and drinks. Plenty of parking options spread around the town centre so queues arent too bad leaving too

It retains its old world charm. The seating enables a good view of the stage from pretty much anywhere. Although small the acoustics are good. Haven't been here for years. But I'll definitely have a look at the programme of events for the coming months.

Unfortunately on this occasion we had to walk out of the show as we couldn't see over the heads of the people in front of us. We were sat in the Stalls at the back Row T seats 13 and 14. I would advise not booking seats this far back, the view of the stage is easily blocked.

Really lovely venue. Went last night to a Fleetwood Mac Tribute concert / Rhiannon. Fabulous time had by everybody. The pre order of interval drinks was amazing...no queues. Staff so nice. Plenty of facilities for disabled but ramp from foyer very steep to stalls when pushing a wheelchair.k

We saw the Walk Right Back show which told the story of the Everley Brothers. It was a brilliant show and the musicians were excellent, marvelously talented. I cannot recommend the show enough. A great night out!!

Nice little theatre, plenty of car parking within a couple of minutes walk. Seats are a bit narrow and uncomfortable and I'm only average size, a larger person might struggle a bit. Nice bar and friendly and helpful staff.

Really enjoy going to Mansfield Palace, it's a great night out whether it's for music, panto or theatre. The seats are good and place is always kept clean. There are pubs and restaurants nearby if you fancy a meal first, or there's chips , kebabs, burgers available locally on the way home. There's good parking nearby.

Attended Mansfield Palace Theatre to watch Calling Planet Earth. The theatre is really well kept and just the right size for an event like this. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Drinks prices are reasonable. The only issue I found was that it was extremely hot in the theatre due to it having no air conditioning. I appreciate the extreme heat outside wouldn't have helped. Just be aware if you are attending during the current weather conditions. Overall, a great evening in a lovely old theatre.
