Joe our Server was the best! met us at the door, got us set up and any issue sorted. Advised us on the festive sprouts (add a garlic perinaise, it’s lovely), sorted an issue with the sides (ordered on the app), helped sort our leftovers into a takeaway bow and had a nice natter! The food was amazing as always (new festive maple and orange marinated was a big win) but joe literally made our afternoon! Thanks

Lovely food came fast and tasted good, however the waiter must have been having a bad day as he practically threw my food at me and my garlic bread fell on the table. I asked for his name he said his name was zak Shelton. I was a appalled to say the least as my mum was sat next to me

Staff were friendly and helpful. Was explained a simple Covid friendly ordered system, which was very easy and didn't have any problems ordering. Getting drink refills for quick and done in a timely manner and the food tasted great. Furthermore the food come over quickly and didn't take long at all. Would defiantly come again while restrictions are in place as was made to feel welcomed.

We went with no booking, a little busy around 5/6pm so waited 5/10 mins for a table. Ordered food easy enough no queue and food was of good quality similar to Guiltbrook and Notts branch’s. Gets 5* as we chatted the night away and not once felt like we had to get out or move on. Would visit again.

Good food, nice friendly staff but it's a little expensive but that's understandable. The restaurant is usually busy so the atmosphere could be a little better but you can still talk and hear each other. The service is nice because the staff are on it in terms of speed but not too in your face when it comes to ordering or after you finish your meal. Overall pretty good for a date because you can talk and the food is good, you can also order a meal for two if you want and it's also a good before or after-movie food idea since this one is right next to odeon. There is also quite a lot of parking including disabled at the front.

Walked in at 9 pm knowing the place closes at 10 pm, very fast on the food, more and more people started coming in at 9.30 pm and later allowing them to sit and order, As well as the amazing manager very kinda and helpful, if I could give more stars I would.

We went with my family for a Saturday meal Food was ok but nothing special. Inattentive staff not interested in taking orders Air con blasting out making the place freezing Very long wait times with some folk waiting for food 45 minutes+ Flurry of activity, food all served at once, waiters don't know where some folks are sitting Got our food. No clean cutlery. Told to use desert forks Family of 4, no starters, no desserts, 3 drinks, £65. If I can't have cutlery I'll just go to KFC next time. Quicker cheaper and tastier

The food is fine, but the service is really awful and me and my partner have twice now witnessed very questionable hygiene practise from the very young staff here. Maybe they are inexperienced or just need better training, either way waiting staff should be better trained with food hygiene. I don't wish to say exactly what it was that we had seen but I hope management can just pit some more emphasis on better hygiene and better customer service.

Peri Peri chicken is delicious. Bottom less drink. Free parking. Recommended.

Beautiful flavours. Sumptuous tender chicken. Healthy veg. Cheeky bit of extra butter for the corn. A very satisfying meal. Well worth £17.25 The atmosphere is lively. Music is jumping, enthusiastic. You could never be alone here even at a table for one. Staff are helpful, smiling. Genuine. Service was quick, felt like ten minutes max but I didn't really notice because I was enjoying the ambiance. Love life.

Nandos is just the best food outlet internationally. Their chicken is just sumptuous. The taste of their chicken livers is just beyond explaining,it’s outrageous. I also like the staff , very friendly to customers.

I haven't been to Nando's in years, but it makes me happy to see that nothing has changed regarding the food! It was just as good as it's always been. They were extra attentive to my partner's nut allergy & the staff were nice & polite... I imagine I'll be back again soon.

So before going to the restaurant in Mansfield I phoned up to ask them if they accepted all4one vouchers ( on my food voucher Nando’s was on there so I knew I could order from there but just wanted to make sure to save disappointment ) to which she said she was going to get another member of staff as she was unsure , ( which is fair enough) I was told yes you can use that here to sit in or order and collect you just order and we will sort the rest , to which I thanked her and said that I would be in later that day. So I went down at around 3pm with my partner and my 5 year old. I sat down looked at a menu and then went to order. I said to the person at the till I would like to use my voucher he said that it was fine and so I ordered all our food , he then asks another staff member how to process the voucher payment to which she said they can’t do it as the machine isn’t working 😡 For one I wouldn’t usually go to Nando’s as I think it’s overpriced, and with everything going up, everyone is being careful with money. so going for dinner was going to be our family treat, why was I told I could use them in the first place that same day only 3 hours before if I clearly couldn’t. The member of staff who spoke to me really didn’t care that I had been told otherwise and shrugged her shoulders as if to say , And …. Really not happy and if I’m honest , very unprofessional and false advertising

We’ve had 3 takeaways recently and the last 3 times the food has been really poor, on 1 occasion missing items, others hardly anything in a portion and the chicken is over cooked. We’ve just had a wrap from there which was thrown together and had next to no chicken in. It seems like you get a take away and they just don’t care what they send out the door. It’s the last time we’ll be visiting Mansfield Nando’s as we have been visiting the chesterfield branch more frequently and the food standard seems much better. I wouldn’t mind but for what you pay for the food you expect a nice meal not something thrown together without care.

It was our first time at a nando's and unfortunately it will be our last. I was expecting something really tasty but it was pretty average and plain tasting. The place was OK, but was starting to look a little run down. The only saving grace was that the staff and service was excellent.

Visited on saturday night on the off chance. Was giving a 40 minute wait time. But had a table well before then. Service a bit slow. Ordered online. Asked an assistant for help with drinks machine. As it just dispenced carbonated water instead of lemonade. She never came back to me. Service with a smile would be good. The girl on the door was OK. It was the others. Though in their defence it was saturday night and look like they had been busy.

I love them food, the restaurant, the staff is very friendly and nice. The prices are a bit high but quality cost. I highly recommend to be tried.

Took my family of four there- my wife daughters of 10 and 22 and of course myself! Last minute decision to get out of a sunday late lunch, no booking and no problem getting seated. Friendly staff, pleasant surroundings and good food. The choice for me was a good compromise- I'm on a weight loss diet at this point in my athletics cycle whilst still building muscle strength, so a combo of the chicken and then the rice and broccoli as sides gave me high protein, some complex carbs without a ridiculous amount of calories. Of course I missed out on deserts and stuck to tap water but my diet didnt have to compromise the family experience. Price can creep up on you quickly tho- or maybe that's just me being tight! Price is a subjective thing.

We went yesterday 29/08/2022, around 6pm . I normally don’t leave any reviews but because the staff was so friendly and brilliant to my kids I had to. The manager, young lady was really approachable and the team’s customer service was impeccable.

The service was great. Friendly staff, efficient operation. My half chicken was perfect and well prepared. The only reason for this rating was the Fino pita my wife had. There were bits of gristle and she did not like the taste. Could be a one off occasion, but a fillet should be clean without any hard bits in it. I will revisit again to re-evaluate, as my meal was lovely. And the chips are some of the best I have had.
