So
before
going
to
the
restaurant
in
Mansfield
I
phoned
up
to
ask
them
if
they
accepted
all4one
vouchers
(
on
my
food
voucher
Nando’s
was
on
there
so
I
knew
I
could
order
from
there
but
just
wanted
to
make
sure
to
save
disappointment
)
to
which
she
said
she
was
going
to
get
another
member
of
staff
as
she
was
unsure
,
(
which
is
fair
enough)
I
was
told
yes
you
can
use
that
here
to
sit
in
or
order
and
collect
you
just
order
and
we
will
sort
the
rest
,
to
which
I
thanked
her
and
said
that
I
would
be
in
later
that
day.
So
I
went
down
at
around
3pm
with
my
partner
and
my
5
year
old.
I
sat
down
looked
at
a
menu
and
then
went
to
order.
I
said
to
the
person
at
the
till
I
would
like
to
use
my
voucher
he
said
that
it
was
fine
and
so
I
ordered
all
our
food
,
he
then
asks
another
staff
member
how
to
process
the
voucher
payment
to
which
she
said
they
can’t
do
it
as
the
machine
isn’t
working
😡
For
one
I
wouldn’t
usually
go
to
Nando’s
as
I
think
it’s
overpriced,
and
with
everything
going
up,
everyone
is
being
careful
with
money.
so
going
for
dinner
was
going
to
be
our
family
treat,
why
was
I
told
I
could
use
them
in
the
first
place
that
same
day
only
3
hours
before
if
I
clearly
couldn’t.
The
member
of
staff
who
spoke
to
me
really
didn’t
care
that
I
had
been
told
otherwise
and
shrugged
her
shoulders
as
if
to
say
,
And
….
Really
not
happy
and
if
I’m
honest
,
very
unprofessional
and
false
advertising
