    Get a sub from there about every other week and love them but twice now my to go order has been completely wrong. It becomes a waste of $11 since i do not have time on lunch to get back to work, discover they screwed up amd get back for the correct sandwich. The ticket on the bag is correct but the sandwich inside is not.

    What kinda service is this can peep tell me?? Got a burnt meatball covered by the sauce. They tried to hide the super burnt not edible meatball under the sauce so no one would know. How can you serve that to people?? It should have been thrown straight into the trash. The server need to ask themself this question "do they think it's edible and or will they eat such a thing if its given to them??" I mean we pay for the food you know it's not free at all so why would you sell someone something that can't be eaten??? Thats trashy service, if you can't make food don't work at a food service place or if u happen to messed up the food then wouldn't it make sense to redo it instead of selling it to peep?? Even frozen food in the grocery isn't burnt like that to begin with....I'm confused... lmaoo

    I've eaten here 4 times since moving to the area, same sub made the same way. The first 2 times, they were great, the last 2 times got progressively worse. This last time(yesterday) I ask for extra bbc sauce(I got none at all), no salt and pepper, or oil and vinegar. I'm really on the fence at this point about wasting 13+ dollars on a sub that keeps getting made incorrectly.

    This place has tasty sandwiches. It is a little overpriced for the size. Friendly staff. Did that took my order needs to learn how to spell though lol.

    PLACED ORDER THROUGH APP AFTER GRANDFATHER LEFT HOSPITAL FOR CONVENIENCE. ALL EMPLOYEES WERE EXTRA KIND AND MADE OUR CUSTOM ORDER PERFECT! WE WILL CONTINUE TO DRIVE FURTHER TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF THE FOOD QUALITY (every time ) & KIND, PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES 10/10… This store is doing something right! :)

    I think Firehouse makes the best sandwiches out of all the others. The ingredients are always fresh and delicious. And their bread always taste like it just came out of the oven.

    Instead of talking to their buddies Maybe they could have made sure the food was hot, not soggy, and had flavor. Subway would have been a better option, this isn't saying much

    My family has been coming to this location for almost 3 years, but it has been a little while since I have been here. I'm not sure if Fire House Subs is struggling with the economy, so they need to cut back on meat with the subs... but my sandwich was looking really sad. I... was sad. This was my birthday sandwich, so I did not go back and talk to the manager. However, if this is how they are doing things at this location, I will have to move on to another location. If this is how FH is doing it store wise... I guess it's just time to move on. No one wants bread with their meat. This isn't Subway. About the service at this Mansfield location, the young lady who took my order was nice. There was a man with a buzz cut who was making the sandwiches. He looked miserable. They made the 2 people who came after me order, so I asked if they called my name, and maybe I just didn't hear it. He was looking for a ticket and didn't have one. He made me feel like he didn't believe me. The girl told him I ordered, and so I was digging out my receipt. I showed him my receipt, and I told him that it was supposed to be with crispy Bacon. He just shook his head. Then he put the bag on the counter. I asked if it was mine, and he shook his head yes. I asked if it had crispy Bacon bc he made the sandwich in probably 20 seconds. He shook his head yes again. I took my bag and left. The Bacon was not crispy, and the sandwich was miserable like him. The store was clean, and the employees seemed to get along.

    This sub sandwich was delicious!! The zesty tomato sauce, meatballs with pepperoni & cheese on garlic bread was yummy! It can be messy but it’s worth it. The service was better this time , I should have gotten the young ladies name but I didn’t.

    I normally love firehouse, but they don't pay attention to the online orders when placed. Example I have a son who is a picky eater, and I requested only meat and cheese. I even checked no for the pickles, but when I picked it up there's a pickle in the box (not in a bag) so the bread had pickle juice and my son won't eat it now.

    My two boys (12 and 16) love this place and so do I. If they had some kind of kids menu or a cheese burger for my picky 9y/o this place would have much more of my business 🤣 and I'd even look into buying stock in it. 😁 Didn't know that the drinks are free refills. Good to know. And they got that awesome special coke machine that gives you tons of options for fountain drinks.

    I ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich and realized when I got home all the ingredients or toppings were not included. I called to tell the two young ladies working tonight how to make the sandwich correctly but no one answered the phone. I gave 1 star because my sandwich wasn't made correctly. Please make my sandwich correctly because I want what I pay for. Thank you!

    I normally LOVE firehouse subs, but this location has lost my business. We wanted FH for our rehearsal dinner, so we did a catering order for it. I came in to the location a week before to ensure we had it correct, and that they had the correct times for pickup. We spent $220 for everything. I then called THREE TIMES the day of my rehearsal to ensure it would be ready and was ensured that my bridesmaid who was picking up just needed to come in with my name and what we ordered. Each time they told me she was good to come in and they would have it ready for her. She then gets there to pickup and they refused to give her the order without an email confirmation. I was not given one because we ordered in person. I then had to stop what I was doing for MY WEDDING, which was already stressful enough to ensure I had everything, to call and figure out why they were not giving the food to us. They claimed they didn’t know what I was talking about and why I didn’t have a confirmation. They finally gave us the food and hour after pickup time. No apology, nothing for what they did. Making my rehearsal dinner late and me stressed because of it. Plus they did not even give us plates, pickles, ect. and I had to call back for them to give us some. Horribly customer services on the teams end for this deal, especially since no one seemed to care about me, or the people picking up the food for us.
