Don't bother eating here the chips are always cold and horribly dry the fish sizes are beyond a joke and the owner has a serious personality disorder. He should be locked up.

Nipped here today whilst going to kirkby exchange, ordered a mini fish, chips and peas, cost me around a fiver , fish was small but good quality meat and very tasty, chips were good, peas were just right, not bad for a fiver at all

Absolutely the best chip shop in the area if not the entire country, the fish is gorgeous, chips delicious, and the kebab meats are delicious too, top marks to the owner, he works flat out, very clean and friendly, thank you very much (update: 7 months coming here, and it's always nice, prices are very fair too, I've sampled almost everything here, all absolutely delicious)

This is mine and my other halfs go to for a treat. Never had a bad meal or experience, All staff are welcoming , quick service, polite throughout, Also very clean and organised work space, and environment 👌 5 🌟

Look this fish&chip shop is quality,, portions are good ..fish is Tasty...staff are great...prices are the normal ...and the greetings are good.Big fridge plenty of cold drinks...

It's much improved recently but it's still not my favourite local chippy. I don't mind coming here if I'm in a rush as they do serve quickly

Definitely the worst meal I've had from a chip shop, ordered a medium fish arrived really small, chips dry and cold, peas also cold and my pie had to be reheated, 56c is not the temperature of a safe to eat pie. This place gets worse every time its sold to new owners. Reply to the owner I do have proof of the pie being an unsafe temperature, and a time stamped photo

Called in on the way home. Had fish cakes and chips and mixed chicken meat and chips. Both were cooked to perfection and tasted great. Will come here again

All food from Kingsway Fish and Chips is consistently high quality and reasonably priced. Friendly customer service and generous portion sizes. Definitely recommend.

Lunch time service chips re used in the early evening, just on the edge of edible. Kebab, standard fare and what is expected. Decent enough salad however.

Cod was grey and wafter thin and the chips had been fried and refried again. Absolutely disgusting, won't be coming here again.

Had the fish it was freshly cooked while I waited and it was the best fish I have had for a long time. I told some friends in a conversation so they went the following day and said exactly the same thing

Son didn't like his battered sausage. And when my other son tried it. He wasn't impressed either. Though chips, peas, curry sauce and fish bits that myself and my other son had were fine.

Would definitely not eat here again. The food was terrible. The chips had been heated up at least twice, and it's over priced.

i will never use this fish and chip shop again. both my fish and chips was reheated. I threw the chips in the bin, the fish was barely edible even after i removed the batter. It should be illegal to sell reheated food as fresh!!!!
