British council Kuwait officie is situated in Mansooriya. All the staffs are well co operative. I went there to receive the IELTS results marks . I recived it very fast . it’s a very nice office they are maintaining all covid protocols From the entrance itself they are checking temperature and good security They are maintaining Adequate social distance Lack of parking space is a problem

Strange security measures for a place of learning and no delegated carpark for the building! It's very off-putting. Staff are disorganized as an official IGCSE testing site and do not respect their own appointment times.

Very disappointing. I took computer based test to have the result within 5 days but no results shows on their website. Useless call centre. British council is fully employed by Indians !!!!!!! which make some difficulties to understand their accent. Not happy with that experience at all.

I do like the British council. Judging from my kids feedback there is always a positive feedback. And the improvements i see on their performance is obvious. Can’t see really a big negative and i have been with them for years now.great place

I just want to suggest. I believe it's better and more convenient for us if you will also provide us with an option to receive our TRF via delivery at a reasonable cost or at least provide us with an unofficial copy of TRF in PDF instead of just a preview in the test taker portal. Thanks.

I went to this place many times to get my IELTS exam and to practice for it. This place looks good from the outside and inside with wonderful staff to guide you to your room to get meetings, practice, or take the exam.

Customer service getting bad by the day, making things more complicated with double work unnecessarily. 👎🏼

Can somebody told me ,how many days it will take to get ready TRF after online result ???

My review is based solely on my online booking experience for the IELTS exam. Stay away from this place if you have a busy, unpredictable schedule. Less than 24 hours after making the booking, I realized that I had a scheduling conflict that had completely slipped my mind. Yet, they make it virtually impossible for you to change your booking. You have to fill out a PDF form and include "proof" that you have a medical condition (or bereavement, trauma, military service, etc.) that prevents you from sitting for the exam. This lack of trust is simply insulting. I'm sure anyone from the British Council who reads this review will copy and paste their booking policy, which they also did in their email response to my request. My response is simple: CHANGE YOUR POLICY!

Very organized and helpful staff. But no peaking available for such an academic institute. The location was not well thought of.

The timings are all wrong and they haven't taken any action to change them on Google. Waste of time and money coming and seeing that reception has closed at 7 but office is open till 8

It is a great place with excellent staff and services, but I suggest to add their name in Google maps in English as well as in Arabic.

The worst place to take ielts ukvi exam... They try their best to waste my time during the exam talk with or stand behind me or check my passport 100 time... My exam was in American University samiya

It’s too close to home.. but seriously it’s good, but the parking is a huge issue pop

Testing service is good but when it came to sending scores to colleges their system is pathetic. Most of the Universities we applied to said that they did not get the scores from the testing agency. We even missed the deadlines in a few colleges.

Took the computer based test to get the results from 3-5 working days on the 7th of November 2021 I didn’t get the results yet and I don’t know why, when I contacted them and told asked them what’s wrong they didn’t give me an answer were just like 65% of the results on this date didn’t come out yet, told them not my problem because i need the results they have asked me to take the test again like are you serious???? My friend took the test on the 10th of November and he got his results 3 days after why mine didn’t come out yet!!!!! Please i need an answer hope u contact us
