Great customer service here I drive all the way across town just to come to this Taco Bell for the customer service I always feel like family and I always feel welcome

Honestly never waited longer for food in my life. Apparently if you order via the app they will pass by your order in favor of drive through orders. Making you wait over half an hour and get cold food. Such innovation.

I went to this taco bell tonight while I'm there the workers are eating and making food at the same time, not to mention it took an hour for them to make my order was by far one of the worst experiences

1 star but I’d give 0 stars for one customer service is terrible no employee discount and the food was terrible there was a booger in my drink like ??? Was it because I asked for an employee discount??? Not sure I hate this store all the employees there look like their in recovery???

Very disappointed visit today. First, you cannot order at the counter anymore, you have to place your order using a self computer station. We'll, I saw two people walk out instead of using the order station. Listen, this doesn't work for everyone, especially for the elderly. We placed the order, but it took a long while to navigate the different screens; it's not easy and it takes too long. Second, there is nothing out other than the soda machine, no ice, no napkins, so sauce or utensils and very impersonal . My as well be using a coin operated soda and sandwich machine, but no, I don't think they accept cash, must pay with debit/credit card only!!! I am not going back and I have a feeling from what I saw, others may do the same. Too bad company is replacing employees with machines and the service is taking a toll.

I got two freezes from this specific Tacobell and asked for an employee discount because I work at a local store and they told me no discount and I got the freezes but one had a hair and one had like a booger in it I was actually astonished because I have never experienced something like this before and horrible customer service.

Jennifer took my order she was outside with a tablet and a mini menu with the regular items, this menu did not offer the promotions I was looking for I was told I could not order at the regular drive thru menu. I asked the front manager girl at window and she was rude about me asking her why Jennifer had to stand in the sun 89• degrees and I could not see full menu she told me “I could get out of my car and come inside.” What if I have a disability and can’t come in. CORPORATE needs to change the way this Taco Bell is taking orders.
