Just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. This location always seems to have some issue. The server was very kind, calm, apologetic, and nice, but there was something wrong with the credit card machine. So it might be a management issue? We went a few months ago and they had to close down the drive thru because they didn’t have enough staff. I dunno what’s going on with this one, but there’s a Starbucks on Union that’s ways faster and doesn’t seem to have as many issues.

I always order on the mobile app because I have special instructions for my drinks. And today the lady at the drive thru gave me my drink and said have a good day so I started to drive off and then she yelled stop. I backed up and she said I didn’t pay when I did because I ordered online. A few seconds later she started apologizing because she realized it was a mobile order and that she hasn’t woken up yet. I get it but why hand me my drink if “it wasn’t paid for”. It was an older lady late 50’s early 60’s. Wearing glasses.

Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes and noone took our order. Someone got on speaker and said, be right with you but nothing. There were no cars in front of us. We just ended up driving through. Ridiculous! 9/14 @ 6:00pm

I visit my parents from Hayward twice a week and I usually stop at this Starbucks right before my parents house. Unfortunate I will not be stopping by this Starbucks anymore all thanks to this lady that decided to be rude for absolutely no reason. I was waiting patiently for my drinks. After 10 minutes I seen my vanilla Frappuccino and I asked the girl to please hand it to me since I had seen my name. She grabbed the drink and said wait I’m getting to it, she called out two other drinks and then grabbed my frapp and yelled out my name! I’m right here and I told you it’s my drink lol. I didn’t say anything i just left, but definitely will not be coming back.

Worst of worst of the worstttt Starbucks I ever been to . I order online pickup when I was in store the order was not ready for 35min. I asking about my order multiple times to employee they ignore me and had an attitude it was a younger girl. I had never received bad customer service at a Starbucks before such a shame !!!!

I dont like ice in my starbucks coffee.. So I always order it without. And today for the very first time in idk how many yrs this particular starbucks said "just so you know without ice it will be like half a cup"... wow. So if i order a soda at mcdonalds or whatever without ice, they will only give me half a cup? I have never had this happen before. Ever. Needless to say I dont think ill be stopping by this location any time soon. :( Very dissapointed.

The older lady is supper nice to me every time - She puts a smile 😃 on my Joker 🃏 Face *I have tons of coffee @ home 🏡 including an Expresso Machine With a Grinder. -Sometimes is worth spending those $4.00 For a moment of a beautiful soul that can transform your morning.

Starbucks is overpriced for what they give you. That doesn't take away from the good service though. Because of their ridiculous pricing, they are more of a treat on occasion. The service on the other hand has always been pleasant with a smile.
