I usually order from here all the time, but I will never again! I feel so disrespected the lady who answered the phone had a bad attitude! She hung up on me twice and mind you I never said anything wrong to this lady! She said her name was Melissa (I doubt it) I asked for corporate's number, she said you can get corporate's number from google and click hangs up the phone!! Mind you I work for the VA Home, it was a group of us ordering, two people canceled their order bc she was being so rude! My money has not been returned to my card yet about 26 dollars two separate orders! And my mood is so down right now!! I hope whoever answered the phone have a great day and I wish u the best! Makenzie was the best person got my food done in time was fast and did what I exactly wanted she deserves to be a manager.

I recently dine in at the JJ’s in Maneto, IL (104 Southcreek Dr.) on my way back to Texas. The cashier entered the wrong information on the order and when I went back to have the sandwich re-made, the manager (Kelly) said that they were not going to remake the sandwich. She was rude and unprofessional. The items on the ticket clearly indicated what should have been on the order. I asked to speak with her manager and to get his contact information. She would only provide his name and told me to call the corporate office if I want to speak with higher ups. I asked her if she knew the number and of course she didn’t saying it in a rude manner. Poor customer service with an attitude. If you want excellent customer service, don’t go here….

I feel bad for the employees at this location because the general manager is extremely rude! I had a simple delivery question because I did not see any updates on doordash and I got an incredibly rude response. All i asked was if I should pick up my meal instead because I did not see any updates. I was trying to be nice. The tone and the way this woman spoke to me was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will not support this location again due to such a terrible GM. I hope the employees are treated better than the customers, but if customers get treated like this then I highly doubt she is professional towards employees. Edit: It was Melissa.

$27 for 2 sandwiches, fountain drinks & 1 chips. Need to eat at home more! PLUS sign was off & it shares space with a lit up bank! Kind of weird.

This is a great place to stop for people who have gluten allergies, and want something nutritious to eat. I got the ham and cheese lettuce wrap in the jalapeño chips. It was prepared so well and it tasted wonderful. The establishment was very clean and the staff were also very friendly.

I had the ultimate porker it was very good. Definitely will buy it again, Manteno Jimmy Johns makes the best subs!!

This location is the best! Very tasty sandwiches. The staff are nice most of the time (Shout out to Benjamin! He’s very congenial). Will be coming back again, and again.

This location is awesome. They are always super fast with orders, doesn't matter if it's delivery or pickup. They also sometimes give extra meat, cheese, or pickles if you show up when they are cleaning up for the night. Plus they never complain if you show up to close, which some other locations or businesses have done.
